I never write reviews but this couch is so awesome I just had to. Comes in 3 huge boxes. Directions are not that great but if you are somewhat smart you can figure it out. This couch is so comfy. There is tons of storage underneath the two side pieces, and the middle piece pulls out. I could literally sit and rot in this couch all day. It feels like a soft furry blanket. I tucked in the straps, because I wasn’t fond of the way they looked. But they are still there, just tucked in. This is the perfect basement couch for a bunch of teenagers to lounge around on. This arrived within 10 days of ordering. I did have to set up delivery (it was delivered in a semi truck) and the whole process was very easy! Putting it together was also very easy there were instructions included along with defined parts and pieces. It is pretty heavy and made very well. The whole couch was packaged very well. The couch is very firm and comfortable. However it doesn’t line up once we put together. The back of the couch is not aligned. Way too hard to put back in boxes and ship back. We’re stuck with it.
