I was a bit hesitant to purchase a couch without ever sitting on it or seeing it in person first but I am so happy that I went with this one! It fits my space perfectly and provides plenty of seating. It’s so comfy for movie nights as a family and a place for over night guests to sleep, with an added ottoman it makes a king size bed!! We got a 3in memory foam topper for guests. The pull outs are so easy to open and close, my 7 and 10 year olds are able to do it without help. It was very easy to assemble by adding the legs and backs and the pieces join together nicely and stay together well. The couch arrived quickly with great communication between the seller myself and the shipping company. It came on a pallet in 4 large boxes, it’s lightweight but yet very sturdy and solid feeling. A bit firm at first but already starting to loosen up with some use and overall the fabric and feel is quite soft and comfortable! I chose the ebony color and it looks exactly as pictured, though there was a slight difference in shade on one back seat section and the seller promptly offered some options for resolution and made me feel like they cared and were happy to help. Overall I would highly recommend this couch for the price, the size, comfort and ease of using the pull out features and the seller for their communication and customer support. Everything I was hoping for and then some! If you’re on the fence don’t be, I wish I would have bought it sooner!

Family of 4 and we love our new sectional. The only thing I'm not fond of is that the seat cushions do not come off. My kids are older but my youngest is 10 and can still make a bit of a mess when eating and we eat in the living room quite often, which means her sitting on a towel. Aside from that, it looks amazing!! The fabric is comfortable, the cushions are firm, and the wide angle end has become my favorite spot because I like the option of curling up or stretching out and propping my feet up on the pull out ottomans. My daughter and 2 of her friends are planning a sleepover and all 3 could easily sleep on this couch.

I had gone to several Stores that sold this type of furniture and they were In the price range of $4000-$6000. I needed a sectional that was versatile for when I had sleepovers for my children. I came across of this option on Amazon. I have never purchased furniture online because I always like to sit on it and see if it’s comfortable. It made it even scarier because there was limited amount of reviews, by the time mine is posted I think it’ll have 12 reviews. However, I took the Leap of Faith because I really wanted a sectional that had the pull out option to make it bigger for sleepovers and I’m glad I did. My children love it, and they are excited to have their friends sleepover. These pics are from one day after setting it up, so I will definitely write update my review in about six months or so to see how it is holding up. The company works well with their communication and you’re able to discuss things with them. Just be mindful that they do use a third-party for delivery so even if you do pick a timeframe for your furniture to be delivered it doesn’t mean that you will always get it at that timeframe. I agree with other reviews that having an electric screwdriver would help with getting the legs into the furniture because there isn’t always a very well driven hole for the screws to go into. Make sure that you have a very long screwdriver because you’re gonna need it. Our delivery driver was amazing and he was very helpful, Steve wasn’t allowed to come into the house, but he made it very easy for the four big boxes to go through the doorway where I could pull it through. I am loving the color and the features of this sectional. It’s firm but not so firm that You can’t get comfortable. There’s no storage with the option that I chose because I chose the reading nook versus the long chase But that’s fine with me because I didn’t Really need storage feature.

Almost one year of light use and the cushions are threadbare. If you do order this, make sure you order slipcovers right off the bat. So disappointed. First I just want to say, I'm mad that this went on sale the day it was delivered to my house. 😤 I could've saved another $200. Oh well, that's how it goes sometimes. This is a big couch! Which is what I wanted. Just be aware, if you don't have a huge TV, it's going to make your TV seem really tiny. 😆 Assembly was interesting. The directions that come with are just a diagram, which is fine. I used an electric screwdriver to attach the feet and castors. You need a long bit to fit inside the feet. Or use an electric screwdriver/drill to start and tighten up with a Phillips. Personally I could do some with a regular screwdriver and others there was no way it was going in without some force. The very last back piece I put in, the insert was off by a hair and I couldn't get it to go in. I used pliers and widened the metal insert ever so slightly and it went in. The pullout parts work great, no issues there. The material doesn't feel like it's going to last me through the ages or anything, but it's not bad quality. To me it's very comfortable. It's firm on the seats and the cushions are soft. I don't want a couch you sink into, so this is perfect for me. The design on throw pillows is giving RV fabric, so I'll be covering them, but other than that, I really love it so far.

I wouldn’t waste your money on this item. It’s hard as a rock not comfortable at all. The threading to it is already coming up is not well made especially for the price that they asked for. It’s really not worth the money. It’s made very cheap. Update This company’s contacted me after my review they’ve been very responsive and helpful. They need what they needed to correct the issues I was having & made me a happy customer. I recommend them to the fullest, you won’t have any regrets.

We bought this couch a few months ago despite the fact I was VERY skeptical purchasing a couch I never sat on. Shipping for the entire couch took about a month, as expected. Customer service reached out to me via text to work out all the details and the local delivery company reached out to schedule a final delivery date/time. The piece arrived, I assembled (feet/connecting all the pieces) and we have enjoyed it since. About a week ago, we noticed the “cuddler” (large end piece) was sinking and “popping” when sat in. I flipped it over to find a piece of wood protruding out of the bottom. So immediately I thought “that’s what you get for ordering from Amazon”, expecting I was screwed and wasn’t even sure if I had a warranty, but decided to reach out to the same person that originally contacted me expecting no response. This person with THSUPER got back to me within a day, asked for a picture/video of the issue, and said “Got it, we will get another one out to you.” I thought this is too good to be true. ONE WEEK LATER the new replacement piece showed up at my door! We are so happy with the service and absolutely LOVE this sectional overall for our five person, two dog family. Side note: We have spilled red wine, coffee, and other drinks (a lot of kid drinks) on this couch and it has all come up and out so easily with some cleaner and a rag. Could not be happier with our purchase, 5 stars easily.
