I never write reviews but this couch is so awesome I just had to. Comes in 3 huge boxes. Directions are not that great but if you are somewhat smart you can figure it out. This couch is so comfy. There is tons of storage underneath the two side pieces, and the middle piece pulls out. I could literally sit and rot in this couch all day. It feels like a soft furry blanket. I tucked in the straps, because I wasn’t fond of the way they looked. But they are still there, just tucked in. This is the perfect basement couch for a bunch of teenagers to lounge around on. My husband and son are both 6 feet tall for reference in the pictures. Don’t hesitate, buy this couch you will be happy. ... show more

Came in 3 boxes. But it arrived early it still doesnt say delivered on my amazon lol but it was super easy to assemble you literally just drill the legs in & slide brackets in the backs of the seats to slide in place. Super easy. It was 1 bracket that had to he bent a lil to fit in but i beleive its done purposely so that its not lose and its snug when its all said & done. Also, Its a lil stiff from bein compressed in boxes that werent big enough for it lol but overall we love the new couch. Only real issue was the letters on the screws didnt match the letters on the screws in the directions & we had to figure out that part out ourselves but other then that we love it. Our is comfortable the stiffness is already goin away is startin to feel like its breaking in. Happy with our purchase ... show more

UPDATE: The Seller reached out to me personally and is sending a replacement part. So I’m happy about the outcome and communication with the seller for making things right. Still a little nervous about the pullout part but grateful for a new one. I’m so sad. At first we absolutely loved this couch. Not even 48hrs later the pullout part collapsed in. It’s made so terribly. It’s thin pieces of wood glued/ stapled together. It’s a beautiful and comfortable couch but I really don’t think it’s worth the money. On top of that I can’t get a replacement piece, I have to send the whole thing back and get a refund. This thing is massive and heavy. Buy at your own risk, but if you do, don’t expect to have the pullout function for long. ... show more

    • AMAZING! DID TONS OF RESEARCH!

I’ve had my eye on this couch for a few months, and did TONS of research before purchasing. I am absolutely OBSESSED with it, and so is anyone else that comes to visit. So far have had it for a month. It’s very large and fits three grown people maybe even four, with the pull out fully laying down. The supplier was great with communication, they even texted with me. I ordered black but they reached out and offered the grey option, and we went with it and it turned out better with having dogs so the dog hair doesn’t show. I frankly haven’t had much issues with dog hair sticking to it, regardless. Assembly was semi difficult, I suggest 2 people. I didn’t need a drill, but a screwdriver was a bit more difficult for the feet, but I managed fine with a little muscle. Mostly aside from the feet, everything slides together fairly simple, and great for if moving, easy take apart. It’s SO soft. It is on the firmer side, but not so firm it’s uncomfortable. We slept on it for the first week we had it, cause we were so stoked and in love. Amazing sleep lol. I prefer firmer because over time it lasts longer. I have already unfortunately had a stain (have a bully that gets bad allergies and skin bleeds sometimes) the blood came out easily with dawn dish soap and warm water with ease. I haven’t had to brush it yet, but going to get a special brush to maintain the corduroy just in case. I am so very pleased thus far, and will write an updated review after a year. The pull out is very smooth and transforms the couch so that 4 people can all have the chaise lounge experience. The storage in both sides can hold a lot and absolutely enhances the value. I bought this approximately nine months ago. The couches frame is strong. However, the quality of the cushion and springs are horrible. I have areas where springs have collapse cushion has dips. My couches feel like they are 10 years old when you sit in them. They are just not holding out to quality. I’m the i’m the heaviest that 225 pounds. My kids are under 100 pounds. ... show more
