    • Bad battery and worse customer service
This battery just doesn’t work like the real Ego one. Trust me I wanted it to work. It didn’t work for nearly as long and the lawnmower kept dying. When I tried to return it the shipping label wasn’t prepaid (they wanted me to pay for the return). I pushed back and they sent me a shipping label which was a whole process. To make matters worse, when it was shipped it clearly was NOT correctly labeled as a battery (I’m guessing so they can cut costs on shipping).
