Sells itself as Queen Size - it's not. When I got mine, it clearly said TWIN on the package. Opened it up, and yup, it's a twin. Doesn't even reach the sides of my queen bed. PAY ATTENTION to the dimensional size on the advert - it says QUEEN SIZE but it also gives twin-size dimensions. Intentionally misleading? Whatever, I returned it immediately. (Also, it is super-soft, but when I took it off my bed to return it, it left blue lint behind. Avoid this product.) ... show more

This is my favorite blanket, it is so so soft even after being washed a couple times. It is light weight and doesn't make you feel restricted while still keeping you very warm. And it's big enough for my hubby, myself and our fully grown black lab to sleep under comfortably every night! I will be buying more of these and getting rid of all my other blankets and comforters in the near future! ... show more

    • One thin, poorly stitched blanket
The material is soft and fuzzy, but the white stitching is sloppy and cheap looking (does NOT make a good gift). It held up well to the first wash and we’ll continue to use it, but only by one of us as it needs to be doubled-up to be effective in cool winter weather. He’s 6’3 and I’m 5’8”. We share a couch, an ottoman, and an ‘obviously not long enough’ throw for our evening video dates. (We sit on either end of the couch and share the ottoman and throw). Recently he commented, half hardheartedly, that I ‘always’ pull the blanket off his feet. I, on the other hand, am generous and barely have enough to cover me as it is. Hence the need for this twin sized blanket. It works! Both of us are happy. Only thing is, it’s not as warm as our warm, soft, shorter fleece throw... Pros: 1) The blanket is gorgeous, a deep velvety blue and so soft to the touch. It’s somewhat darker than in some of the product page pictures and somewhat lighter than some of the reviews. It’s hard to capture. 2) It’s washable. I had to once again refer to my laundry symbol chart. I couldn’t find the dry symbol they used on the label so I assumed it mean low setting in the dryer. It’s in centigrade for the water temperature, 30 degrees which is 85 degrees F. 3) it’s longer than a throw and obviously meets the needs of those of us who want to share comfort and warmth together while on a couch. Cons: 1) It may shrink somewhat. That’s not a problem. They say it’s 60”x 80”. I didn’t measure it right off, but after washing it in cold water and drying it on the lowest (gentle) setting, it measured 57.5” x 80.5”. Go figure. I measured twice. No sign of any pilling. Pretty sure it wont pill. (pic. on table) 2) It does seem to have a front and back side as you can see from the pictures of the seams. One side looks beautiful, the other has white stitching along the seams, not as attractive. I still think it would make a great gift. 3) It’s not thin, it’s somewhat more substantial than that, but with only one layer on the two of us, it is just barely enough to keep us warm. The temperature where I sit is 67 degrees. I think this is a great throw for 1 person if you want multiple layer warmth and can scrunch it around you. And I think it would be great on a bed if you needed just somewhat more warmth. But as a single layer in a cool room, you may want a bit more thickness. It's beautiful for what it is. ... show more

This blanket is super soft and silky. It's warm enough for a cover while I am sitting and reading. I do wish it was a bit bigger, but it still keeps my feet pretty warm. I got a dark navy color and the color is consistent and really beautiful.
