Very well built and easy to assemble. The only gripe I have is that the speed bag back board is wobbly when hit from any direction other than to the center of the stand. Not a big deal. The picture makes it look like it includes the heavy bag but it does not.

I read the others and ignored the bad reviews but should’ve listened. First you don’t get any bags at all. Second the pieces they gave me didn’t even fit in the right spots. Third it slides everywhere. Don’t waste your money trust me. Go buy somewhere else like dicks and save your money.

It works but to keep it from moving or tipping over you need 8 50bls sand bags

    • Slides every where
This iwouldn't recommend. It moves all over the place even on a mat. Im constantly moving it cause it is always sliding when you hit it even if your not hitting it hard. My 15 yr old and 7 year old even make it move ever where. I put in for a refund but haven't heard back from the company. Probably will have to file a claim if they don't reply soon. ... show more
