It’s been very difficult to find a 100% cotton blanket that met all my “wants”. This one checks all of the boxes! 😃 It was packaged beautifully in a bag, (could be used as a tote for some things-it has 3 Velcro tabs across the top), it had no significant odor (smelled “new”) and is very soft & pliable. It has a very tight weave, is very pretty and did I say it’s soft! I put it in the dryer for a bit on steam to fluff it up. I didn’t wash it as it goes over our top sheet. This is for both a king/cal king bed but if you have a cal king, as we do, the blanket has to go on sideways to make it long enough to tuck in at the bottom and not have too much on the sides. See photos. Not at all a deal breaker for me as the side hem, which will now be up by our head, is very soft & not bulky. I’m guessing it would be perfect for a standard king size bed. Since it is 100% cotton I do anticipate that it will shrink with washing so I’ll have to wait & see. I really like this blanket. I think it’s lightweight but thicker & heavier than the thin polyester comforters. Just perfect for us. It’s very much like the colored bedspreads used in hospitals. I’m a nurse so that’s pretty much what I was looking for. UPDATE: Looking at some reviews about too much lint with washing/drying & pilling on the blanket. • Lint from a 100% cotton blanket is COMPLETELY normal! That means the cotton is a good quality. • Pilling on a cotton blanket is, more than likely, from washing it with a polyester blanket or polyester fleece clothes. Pure cotton does not “pill”. Don’t blame the blanket. 3/3/2023 Update: I have washed this blanket a few time & it has not shrunk! Still love it better than others we’ve had!

I wanted a lightweight, soft cotton blanket to fit inside my Queen-size duvet, for the warm summer months. I ordered the King size (white) to allow for shrinkage, since it's 100% cotton. Washed and dried on Gentle before using. Seems to be well-made. I'm thrilled with the fit, softness & weight! I'm sleeping cool & very comfortable. Highly recommend this blanket!!

This blanket looks great! Fits our king size bed. Love the design and washes up great. Doesn’t look like it shrunk. No wrinkles. Keeps us warm. It’s not to heavy .Love it! I got the white will be buying one for my other bed. The only thing I had to place it on the top of the other blanket. I like the feeling of silky not ruff. I do have another cotton blanket I do the same thing it goes on top. It’s worth it. Yes buy, it I think your like it.

Overall satisfied with this purchase. Quality is as expected for the price; The blanket is soft and seems breathable. The blanket arrived dirty (looked like shredded pieces of mulch/little clumps of dirt), but because the blanket comes in a cloth bag (not enclosed in plastic) it's impossible to know how/when it got that way. It doesn't matter that much though, because of course I washed it before using. Lots of lint came off in the dryer.

I have needed a new blanket for some time but every time I looked locally, prices were high and the quality seemed lacking. I was afraid I would spend an excess of $100 for a blanket that seemed no better than I was already using and seams around the edges that would again easily fray. This blanket was reasonably priced with a beautiful weight and texture. I love the herringbone weave pattern. The side edges and top and bottom hems (woven in a contrasting smooth weave…nice touch!) are expertly sewn and finished. I have not yet washed and dried the product as it arrived so clean and fresh with no plastic packaging that I used it right away. However, the size is so generous for the King Size, as promised, that I’m sure it will come out a medium dryer ready to fit the bed with plenty to easily tuck in around the edges! I’m very happy with this purchase.

This blanket replaces a cotton blanket with a loose weave that snagged and sagged with use. This Threadmill blanket is densely woven with a beautiful sheen and does not lose its shape or sag. In addition, it has a “cuff” at the top and bottom that are comfortable and help with making the bed, especially a king size. The weave is vertical and that helps too. I chose white for my color and it is a beautiful white with my sheets, although the lamp in the pic makes it look less white.
