This actually worked really well for removing old oil in my push mower. Instructions could be better. Like it says to clean and I got most of it out but there is still a little I couldn't get out of it besides that really worked well for me. Quality also seems pretty good too

I originally bought a fluid extractor from Harbor and Freight that was a total dud. However, this one is a syringe which works better for the purposes of extracting fluids from your car. Worth every penny.

Having overfilled my engine's crankcase I needed same day service for a solution. This was the only option at the time. The idea is straight forward and is easy to use. The 2 piece tube assembly was too short but I had plenty of 1/4" nylon tubing on hand to extend the useful length. The provided rubber reducer fitting was tight when dry out of the box. Unfortunately after a couple of cycles oil penetrated the fitting and became loose. Once while emptying the syringe, the adapter slid off allowing oil to spray on the ground. Annoying but with a little caution was able to complete the task. I recommend installing hose clamps or replacing the rubber adapter with quality compression fittings. Secondly, no need to buy their version with the long extension hose. Nylon line is readily available in rolls for much less cost per foot at any given length. Overall this met my needs for a competitive price on very short notice. I gave it 3 stars because it's an average quality product with minor correctible flaws. This is not something you'll need everyday but it's nice to have one handy.

This extractor pump worked as it should to extract the oil from my lawn mower. Easy to set up and use. Deducted one star as the two tubes which go into the end of the extractor could be a couple inches longer. They did not quite make it to the bottom of the mower engine. Had to tip the mower up on one side to get all the oil out. Other than the short tubes it worked great an made for a nice clean job.
