If you are trying to decide what lift to get, I strongly recommend this lift. It is WELL built. Just compare the weight of the lift to the other light ones on the market. I put this lift together by myself with and engine hoist, a lift strap and some humor. The quality and fitment of parts is very good. Check out the hydraulic yoke support pic compared to the other lifts. This lift has a bracket to prevent the ram from twisting when operating it and has nylon spacers on it between the support and the runway. GOOD IDEA ! Also got the caster set and 220 VOLT motor and no issues with lifting anything we put on it. Needless to say my neighbors like to bring their vehicles over to lift'em up and check things out which turns out to be "Can you help me with this problem?" Next door neighbor liked it so much he bought one. Guess I will help him assemble it also.

Customer service could have been a bit better, The lift itself is nice but after it arrived damaged it felt like pulling teeth to get it resolved. My lift arrived horribly damaged with pulley covers broken off gouges of the metal scraped out of the platform due to poor handling during shipping. Great product but it needs to have better protection during shipping aside from cardboard. The entire lift was wrapped in plastic and cardboard which falls off immediately Well worth the money, The lift itself is extremely large in comparison to most, Don't rely on the instructions it goes together just as any other four post lift, not difficult to assemble, just heavy.

The directions are not very helpful. When finally assembled, the seal in the hydraulic cylinder is leaking.

Picked up at trucking delivery dock, they loaded it onto my 16' trailer, lift was just a long, 2x2 width/ height. I have a hoist on the inside of my garage door and used it to lift each side and sit it on car tire dolleys to get it off trailer. I watched many videos before purchasing, so kinda had an idea of what to expect while putting it together. I don't think i used the instructions other than to check i received everything. All cables and hoses under ramp with actuator already came installed which was great. I used my motorcycle jack to lift ramps onto cross beams, just before setting cable ramp onto cross beam, i ran the cables through so pulleys weren't in the way of square holes where pulleys sit in. Pulled the actuator out with a come- along, and bolted cables into place, hooked up air and hydraulic hose to motor and tank, bought a16 gauge extension cord, spliced it to motor wires, filled it with hydraulic fluid, done... easy peasy. Works great, I hope the rating I gave stays a 5 star... we'll see

This lift is a quality, well built product. All parts were in one really big crate (meaning they were all bolted together between the two ramps). The instructions on the other hand, leave alot to be desired. I caution you to make sure when your are putting the lift together to make sure you have the correct ramps on the correct side, this dictates where the pump is located as well. It would have been nice if the lift had some sort of wood cushion on the bottom of the crate so it doesnt get scratched with the forklift when loading and unloading.

Had a few issues in the beginning. First there was damage to one of the horizontals, needed to be cut, straightened and welded. They refunded me $200 for the problem. My advice is to always order the 240v Model, the 120v I ordered doesn't have the power to lift anything. Once i told them the unit doesn't work they sent me another pump right away @ 240v. They are very responsive with problems. I would defiantly order again.
