This weighs about 65 lbs empty, and is easy to lift into a truck. Full it's 100lbs more obviously. I have no problem lowering it off the bed onto the ground by myself once full. But since it has to be filled on the ground, it really takes two people to safely lift it back onto the truck. The propane dude always helps me, so no problems! This has a POL valve - no external threads. Make sure this fits your application. You can get QCC1 / ACME adapters for about 10 bucks. Mine was stamped Dec 2019, so it wasn't too old. It was made in Taiwan. The base is thick, and has a rolled bead edge so you can roll this cylinder across the ground without worrying about damage. It's also really stable thanks to the full diameter base. Mine came with a heavy mesh plastic sleeve, it might have been just for shipping but I decided to keep on it to give it some extra protection. The only downside - whoever designed the shipping box did a horrible job. It's shipped in a thin, cheap cardboard box with zero protection. I got lucky, only the 'ears' of the collar got bent in a bit, and I was able to straighten it out.

The Valve Connection on the tank is one thet I have not seen before, my generator hose has the same hose connector as one for a Propane Tank for the grill. I have trued searching for adapters and some kind of connection but have not found anything with Left Hand Treads just a little larger than 3/8 standard pipe. Look like a great product and hope to use it soon. John

Great tank for a good price but their packaging for shipping is weak! First tank had a fist sized dent and second had the valve protection ring bent. Both happened because the tank is shipped in a plain box w no protection or styrofoam inside box. They replaced it no problem just have to deal w sending the first one back. Second one is functional enough to keep.

This is a great tank. I got it to power a generator for power outages and it'll last way longer than a smaller tank. My only gripe is that it didn't come with the right connector to connect to my generator and I had to buy a brass fitting to make it work.
