I don’t understand everyone’s complaints about a smell from the 50+ multivitamins. I smell absolutely nothing. I take 2 a day with breakfast and it’s kept me calm and my energy level is steady during the day. No side effects, going normally to the bathroom. I don’t believe you have to necessarily take the 6 pills recommended a day. 2-3 pills should suffice if you’re eating a balanced diet. I’d recommend them. ... show more

Vitamins came sealed securely. I can tell a difference from other vitamins. I have more energy and am able to grow fingernails. In the past with other vitamins they would split and break. Now they grow without splitting and look very nice. These are the real deal.

First, I am over 50 yrs old and I did some research and learned that the vitamin K2 is very important for women my age for bone support. Not all vitamins are alike. That’s for sure. I found this brand and ordered it. I really like this vitamin. Some complain because it says to take up to 6 pills a day. I don’t. I take one at breakfast, and another at lunch. I feel so much better. My energy levels are up, and taking this vitamin is the only thing I changed in my life. I take it with my meals so no stomach upset. As for the smell, that tells me there’s a lot of vitamin in that jar. lol. I’ve smelled worse. lol. I will order this again. ... show more

I didn’t realize instructions were to take 6 pills. That is just ridiculous. I’ve been only taking 3 a day instead, but these make me feel nauseous. They have a very very strong vitamin smell and taste. So even taking only half a dose, they make me feel sick. These might be good quality vitamins, but I won’t be purchasing again. ... show more

Ridiculously expensive for a multivitamin! Let's break down the cost. The recommended dose is 6 capsules per day. Yes SIX! I didn't realize it was a full meal! Someone asks if you're hungry and it's like - "No I'm stuffed, I had six multivitamins for lunch." Anyway, let's get back to cost. If you take the recommended dose of 6/day that comes to $56/month. Which comes to $672/year. I don't know about you, but I take other health supplements as well. I'm not going to blow my entire health supplement budget on just one multivitamin. Especially when I know the secret; that all supplement ingredients are produced by only a handful of facilities around the world and sold to all supplement companies. That means whether the product is cheap or overpriced, they all have the same ingredients. Same goes for OTC drugs like Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. Don't be fooled.     • Keeps Me Feeling Steady
I decided to try these to make sure I was covering any gaps in my diet and I have been happy with the results. I take them with lunch and have noticed I feel more steady and focused in the afternoons. My nails seem stronger and I have had fewer colds this season. The capsules are a little large but they go down fine with water and do not leave any aftertaste.
