Like: -noticeably stronger hair and nails (never happened with other multivitamins or prenatals, or hair/nail/skin vitamins) -noticeably glowier / healthier looking skin -high quality ingredients -reputable brand Dislike: -very mild iron scent, just swallow them quickly -nausea: to troubleshoot this side effect I take all three at night right before bed and never have an issue. They make me very nauseous if I take them in the morning. I’ve never tried taking them in the middle of the day like some other users have posted.

So I use to take Olly but recently been really into changing my diet and using clean products. This has been game changer for me personally. Since taking this my overall energy has improved. The only downfall is larger size pills and they sometimes taste fishy. Not pregnant currently but if your sensitive these might be hard.

I love this prenatal vitamin. Thorne is a high quality brand. I like how they have all of the essential vitamins needed for pregnancy. They do not make me sick when I take them. I have used them for a year and will continue to use during pregnancy and postpartum.

I’ve done quite a bit of research on prenatal vitamins for my last pregnancy. Thorne matched everything I thought my baby and I needed. It was a toss up between this and fullwell (but I couldn’t stomach 8 pills at once). Although it was tough to swallow 3 pills every day it is nearly tasteless and I didn’t have any after effects. I appreciate that Amazon offers subscriptions and free shipping.

These have a great amount of nutrients needed for you and baby. Love the choline addition, 3 pills is not bad to swallow. BUT I can’t with the smell. They are sooo hard to swallow because the small is extremely strong it lingers on my fingers and mouth. They also make me burp a lot and I can taste the pills all day long. I couldn’t keep taking them after 2 weeks. I would always gag.

This prenatal vitamin definitely helped my hair/nails grow and has all of the important ingredients for pregnancy, but they made me so nauseous even when I took them with food.
