Love the quality of ingredients, the fact that it doesn’t taste bad and it’s easy to swallow. The proportion of nutrients is perfect for pregnant women and the fact that you need to take 3 pills is great for nutrient absorption.

I’ve only been using these for a few days now and so far no major side effects… only complaint is that as you swallow it/after swallowing it you can taste the iron. Not very pleasant but if you just gulp it down quickly with water it isn’t too bad. Seems to be good quality though and I would recommend it! ... show more

I wish I could give six stars. I took the old formula in my first pregnancy a couple of years ago and my baby was born so robust and healthy despite the medical conditions that should have made her more fragile. I am currently taking these in the new formula for my second pregnancy and since the formula change I noticed that for the first time in my adult life I am not borderline anaemic and that I have ENERGY. The only thing that I have changed in my diet and lifestyle was these pills!! Until now, I have always taken iron and other suppliments but it never seemed to do much to help my iron levels. If you really want to benefit from this amazing concoction then you will do anything to figure out how to make it possible and avoid the "these made me sick" excuse for not taking them. Yes, they can be a bit rough on the tummy if you take them first thing in the morning, or on an empty stomach, especially in first trimester, so just figure out when works best for you.and whether it is with or without food.. I tend to get a bit of heartburn if I take these then lie down or sleep shortly after, so I normally take just after a meal and then wait a least half an hour before lying down for a nap or heading to bed. ... show more

I was never a huge vitamin and supplements person. I never felt the change much until I tried this methylated vitamin. I found this item through a youtuber and it has seriously changed my life. I feel so much better! First product I have ever subscripted to get repeat shipments.

I started taking these and had some gastrointestinal issues from the start. I was really hoping this product would work for me but it must be the amount of iron in 3 pills. If you can handle the extra iron, I would definitely give these a try!

I have been taking these for several months now and they are great. The best advice I can give for this supplement is to divide the pills into two to three doses. You need 3 daily, consume 1 pill with each meal or two in one meal. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids. All pills/medications need adequate amounts of fluid to be able to dissolve properly and absorption works best when other nutrients are involved. ... show more

    • Made me horribly sick for six months
I was really excited to try this prenatal and for the first few months, I thought everything was going well. To spare the gory details for anybody else who had been heavily sick lets just say I was sick…constantly. I lost over 40 pounds. I went off the prenatal for a few weeks because I had a cold and just kept forgetting. (I didn’t keep it in my daily medicine container because it smelled really bad if it stayed in a container that didn't have a good seal.) I was perfectly fine and didn't have any morning sickness.
