Quality looks good. But did not realize that the belt did not come with it. A bit on the irritated side because I needed the belt also. As with all Think Tank products the build quality is excellent! It does a great job distributing the weight of all my heavy photo gear. I recently wore this setup on an extended photo walk without any issues with pain in my back.

    • Ta takes the weight off of the belt
I have a big 150 to 600 lens in the holster on my belt. The racing harness takes a lot of the weight off the belt of this heavy lens

it helps to balance out the weight of lenses and other equipment and its not hot to wear.

    • Bait and switch? Hmmm...
Where’s the belt? I saw nothing about the belt, which is pictured but must be bought separately. In my world, that’s called bait and switch and is a no- no. Both Think Tank and Amazon are too good for that. I want my money back but am beyond my return date.

I'd hoped this would be a good addition but it doesn't fit well and doesn't work as indicated in the description. Do not recommend this item.
