The two bottom boxes/compartments were bent from the framing. At first I thought maybe it was to accommodate the handle but it has nothing to do with. Other than that the item is good, ok quality but price was reasonable and on sale. I don't believe this was a delivery issue I think the product was sent damaged. Besides the great quality of the item, I really loved the fact that I can set up the way I wanted, making it smaller or full size according to my daily needs. Can also use the very top part by itself as a travel case. I am using it to organize dog grooming tools and accessories and is amazing so far.
