When I received this case it was already damaged. It had a few little scratches and dings, but the pushed inward front wheel (who I had named 'Gimpy') made it impossible to roll and was unbalanced causing it to fully fall over, even when stationary. I had emailed the seller about my concerns. There is no way to know if it occured during shipment or not. But despite this, the seller went above and beyond to get me a replacement and make sure I was happy. I love the idea and concept of this product...but I do wish that it were a bit sturdier, primarily the sections that have the trays that pull out sideways. So I take extra caution when using. I love the storage and features to this product. However I do wish I had some info on the lighted mirror, so I would know if the bulbs are replaceable when the time comes. (The lights are flush with the mirror and do not protrude.) I am very happy that I purchased this makeup case..... and this case is not limited to only being a beauty case......but it could be used for many different things.

Arrived in great condition!!! Sealed in plastic and bubble wrap in foam in a box. I was worried because some reviews didn’t sound up to par but I definitely think it is worth the money! I bought this for my business for all my lash extensions & lash lift supplies and everything fits beautifully! The drawers are spacious (not crazy deep but the top one is) and the wheels roll at ease. I love that it can spin. Haha not that I’ll be doing tricks or anything. I love the case and am very satisfied! I wish I took pictures with all my stuff in it! It’s pretty heavy which I wasn’t expecting (because people said it was cheaply made and parts came broke) maybe the quality varies from case to case but mine is 100% wonderful!

This case is H-U-G-E. It has a place for every brush, tube, pallet, tweezer, bottle, sponge, mirror, hot rollers, curling iron, hair dryer, flat iron, etc. and more room. I do not think that I would actually roll it through the airport and check-it, but this would be great for make-up artist/stylist who go to local venues or the homes of clients. The mirror is dimmable but it is one tone of light (cool blue). I have not had the mirror on + three appliances plugged in at once - so I can't comment on the greatness of the capability there. But this vanity was worth the $$$ to have all my stuff in one organized place.

I bought this for my travelling hair business. The first thing I noticed was that it was VERY sturdy (unlike the several other train cases I'd tried). Other reviews I read said it was flimsy; this is DEFINITELY NOT true. I'm impressed by the thought and engineering that went into creating this case. Yes, the outlets are rather odd, but they definitely fit North American standard appliances. It seems like they made it to accommodate differently-shaped plugs from around the world. I tested all the outlets, plugs, lights, drawers, and doors: all were up to standard. However, I removed one star because one of the brakes arrived broken. I would love for the company to send me another braking wheel, but the case does function well without it. This case is not ideal for check-in baggage at the airport, since the baggage handlers would destroy it (and mar up the cute, pink exterior). After a few months of use I will update this post. Noël

I LOVE this makeup case. LOOKS LIKE A VICTORIA’S SECRET miracle readying me to look model perfect. Power source is adaptable and the whole case is just perfect to let all the most beautiful things be enhanced and kept up. Lockable, it makes the versatility exceptional. I feel status with this one. It looks nice and works however the convenience of this case wasn't thought over very well. I like it has plugins for your tools that are accessible on the case itself so you don't have to use your tools farther then where you place your case, however the drawers have a plastic lining for cosmetic and they already fell off and looks cheap. The light works great, but it's heavy and hard to find things you can't just have your stuff ready and easy to grab it's a pain in the butt. Overall not happy with it

I received the product on time, in perfect condition. Surprised by the quality, the rolling wheels feel great and strong. Very easy to move. Going to use it for mobile acupuncture, will have space for all my necessary supplies. Highly recommend this rolling case. Some buyers mentions some smell, not present on my rolling item.

The second case I ordered : This case was perfect on outside right plugs for outlet , mirror worked . This was the problem bottom door inside the screws or nails were so long they cracked the back bottom left panel and bottom side panel the screw or nail protrudes out Apparently these screws or nails hold the bracket for back left wheel. I have no clue what type of screw it is not a Phillip or flat ! I don't know If a bolt is holding it in place ! One nail appears to be at least a inch out. Just a matter of time before side cracks like back bottom . I should have realized when I saw box taped over and over this item is a restocked item ! So I'm assuming if it were fixable it would have been repaired by seller ! This is a construction problem !Two nails and you can feel them through the leather match ! You notice it as soon as you open the bottom panel ! Item should have been sold at half price or lower and tagged AS IS OR SOME DEFECTS. The First case I ordered The item has scratch like dent on lower end of cabinet a small imperfection , I realize it's car board covered in leather match I was willing to overlook ! Although I do believe for 400 dollars the construction should have no scratches or dents ! However the the plugs are not for American outlets, I live in New York ! I can't utilize lights. I have to return ! Beautiful case almost perfect ! If you buying items in bulk pull the plastic wrap off and check item before shipping ! I reached in my utility draw used a roll of Saran wrap to rewrap and send first one back ! I'm so over these cases and dissapointed who has energy to lift carry up flight of stairs these boxes to end up with nothing ! !I will keep my review at 3 stars ....
