When I received this case it was already damaged. It had a few little scratches and dings, but the pushed inward front wheel (who I had named 'Gimpy') made it impossible to roll and was unbalanced causing it to fully fall over, even when stationary. I had emailed the seller about my concerns. There is no way to know if it occured during shipment or not. But despite this, the seller went above and beyond to get me a replacement and make sure I was happy. I love the idea and concept of this product...but I do wish that it were a bit sturdier, primarily the sections that have the trays that pull out sideways. So I take extra caution when using. I love the storage and features to this product. However I do wish I had some info on the lighted mirror, so I would know if the bulbs are replaceable when the time comes. (The lights are flush with the mirror and do not protrude.) I am very happy that I purchased this makeup case..... and this case is not limited to only being a beauty case......but it could be used for many different things. ... show more

I bought this for my travelling hair business. The first thing I noticed was that it was VERY sturdy (unlike the several other train cases I'd tried). Other reviews I read said it was flimsy; this is DEFINITELY NOT true. I'm impressed by the thought and engineering that went into creating this case. Yes, the outlets are rather odd, but they definitely fit North American standard appliances. It seems like they made it to accommodate differently-shaped plugs from around the world. I tested all the outlets, plugs, lights, drawers, and doors: all were up to standard. However, I removed one star because one of the brakes arrived broken. I would love for the company to send me another breaking wheel, but the case does function well without it. This case is not ideal for check-in baggage at the airport, since the baggage handlers would destroy it (and mar up the cute, pink exterior). After a few months of use I will update this post. The media could not be loaded. Arrived in great condition!!! Sealed in plastic and bubble wrap in foam in a box. I was worried because some reviews didn’t sound up to par but I definitely think it is worth the money! I bought this for my business for all my lash extensions & lash lift supplies and everything fits beautifully! The drawers are spacious (not crazy deep but the top one is) and the wheels roll at ease. I love that it can spin. Haha not that I’ll be doing tricks or anything. I love the case and am very satisfied! I wish I took pictures with all my stuff in it! It’s pretty heavy which I wasn’t expecting (because people said it was cheaply made and parts came broke) maybe the quality varies from case to case but mine is 100% wonderful! ... show more

I purchased this product in January and it’s March 14 and the case is literally in pieces! From day one the outlets and lights never worked . After that traveling with this extremely heavily poorly built kit! It’s so cute and colorful but this appearance does nothing for the actual usefulness. It’s so heavy and when I travel upstairs I usually wanna give up smh ... show more

The storage is AMAZING on this rolling station. Im a pro hairstylist and let me say pple r always impressed! Having said that.... the sturdiness is a complete ZERO. The locks broke in the first month and now it's either it locks itself or its too loose and it falls apart. For the price u should get better quality locks!! ... show more
