Lately, I've been pressed for time due to parenting, making it challenging to find time for exercise. Since I bought this, using it during work, while sitting, and in spare moments, my lower back pain has gradually disappeared. It seems like the exercises involving the thighs and surrounding muscles have contributed to this improvement. I had my baby over a year ago and started using this thigh exerciser two weeks ago. I have definitely noticed a difference in my thigh muscles. I also use the exerciser under my arms and have noticed some muscle definition in my arms. This exerciser is very easy to use and is comfortable during the workouts.
