Works well.. I find if you wet it and let it compact down/drying it works much better and much easier to use better Control tinning just the tip without spreading the tinning powder all over yout bench

So far, after several decades of tinning, this is the best one I have found. It really cleans and prepares the tip of the soldering pen/iron, and get it ready to do it's work. Easy to use, and lasts quite a while. For me, this is a great value. Nothing else has performed as well.
