Unfortunately ThermalTake does not use any packing material inside the case. That means your heavy RTX 5090 has no support for its weight, and it will ruin itself, the case, and motherboard. This came with an Asrock X870 motherboard which may be the reason why the 9800x3d was dead on arrival. The ram (generic ThermalTake cl40) was improperly installed. Had to return two ThermalTake prebuilts. Other one was completely damaged (case and all). Not fun to return both computers while also having $13000 held up in refund processing. Learned my lesson, don’t buy ThermalTake unless you can confirm its condition store. ... show more
