Amazon should be ashamed they even sent this. The fork is so bent the wheel won't fit in, there's no nuts for the front wheel, and the entire side of the bike is scratched up. Oh, did I mention the nerf dart that was in the box....? C'mon. Imagine telling a 3 year old they can't have their bike because Amazon sent them literal trash :) Luckily I have a handy husband that was able to bed the fork and get the wheel to fit and then found the appropriate nuts to hold it on. ... show more

Bought this for my Daughter a last year, from what I remember everything arrived just fine and I put it together with no complications. It is still operational after light use. We targeted this bike for the price and the color as my daughter has younger brothers that will use this bike.

Opened the box and there were no training wheels. The instructions said "12", 14", 16" bikes have training wheels." I double checked the listing and NO WHERE does it say that the 18" bike doesn't include training wheels. I know my boys would likely not have spent too much time using the training wheels but I paid for them. They should have been included. OR at the very least, it should have been clear in the listing they would not be in the box. We returned. I'm VERY frustrated and disappointed. The bike does look really cool and seems sturdy.
