Received the box and it was a little scuffed, but i didnt think anything of it. Later that day, when i unpacked the desktop and plugged in the power cord the desktop did not power on at all. The Desktop was dead on arrival. Would not recommend buying from Thermaltake.

Have had the machine a couple of weeks and it has been great. Very fast well built good components. It came very well packaged and had vacuum sealed packing holding the memory and GPU in place. RGB is bright and looks good. I have no complaints about the system and am happy with it.

Ok. So this product had zero reviews when I bought. So i was a bit worried. But after purchasing and giving it a few weeks to test. I am not disappointed. This computer can handle everything I throw at it. Often times people have issues with a prebuilt pc because they don't take the time to mess with the settings and set it up correctly. Once I messed with the settings to get it the way I want it was fantastic. My biggest problem was upgrading from win10 to win11. Win11 has many bugs. If you buy thus machine. Keep it win10 until the bugs from win11 are worked out. That's the best piece of advice as I can give. The pc comes overstocked already. And the 3060ti is a beast when overstocked. Elden rings runs with zero problems. I run every AAA title game on max settings with no problems. I paired thus pc with the sceptre 34inch ips screen running 1440p and everything is just beautiful. The only thing you have to remember is to update the drivers. Pc is moderately quiet and the rgb is beautiful. I wish the 3060ti that it came with was white to complete this all white build but that's just cosmetic. Thermaltake support team is ver nice and quick to respond. This pc will not disappoint. The only thing is it is now slightly over priced at $1700 because gpu prices are at msrp now. So if you can wait for the price of this build to drop. Do not hesitate to buy ... show more

I honestly love the PC. It is beautiful, the shipping didn’t hurt a thing. The airflow inside the case is 10/10. There are much more vents for air flow than I initially thought. A few plugs were messed up so I had to unplug and plug them back in properly. No leaks from the liquid cooler. All of the parts are the listed parts. Same brand and specs as listed. I decided to make this review much after I got the PC. I got this PC around October 2022. After over a year with this PC it’s worked great. Only one issue I had was in the beginning getting it up and working but that was a quick easy fix. After a year of having it, it also had an issue where I had to take it in to be fixed. Getting stuck in BIOS where the computer would not let me do anything about it. Could have been a user issue but that was something I thought should be noted. I bought this PC for 1600 but often goes on sale and comes back in stock after going out. Definitely would buy again. Great for being a prebuilt. Thank you!! ... show more

the product has good components and is very nice but I had 3 problems with this equipment, you cannot change the color of the rbg because they are not connected correctly for me it is a big problem because if I buy an armed pc it is because I have no idea how its internal system works, 2 the call of duty never ran it always gave me an error and it exited the game a few seconds after logging in I tried everything and nothing worked, 3 and worst of all the power button blinked red and the pc was turned off within minutes of this starting to happen. And the biggest advice I can give you, don't buy items at this cost through Amazon. I've been waiting for a response for my return for 2 weeks and they don't solve anything for me and the only thing that customer service tells you is that they can't do anything and they wash their hands. hands, and to complete they want me to wait 15 more days to see what happened I hope they don't tell me that the item is missing or that something happened and they steal my money! ... show more
