These shoes are absolutely perfect for my feet! I got them for an outdoor wedding. I am not sure yet if I will be wearing heels or flats, but ordered these in case. I will be keeping these either way - I love them that much. I am a size 9 on the wider side of regular with boxy toes and ordered a 9. I tend to spill over an open toed heel (width). I also have high arches, so shoes with straps over the top tend to be too tight. From the reviews, I thought I would try them. I had to work just a little to get in under the first strap, but once they were on, they were a perfect fit with a little room for my feet to swell and still be comfortable. Yet, my feet don't slip around. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and careful packaging for the low price of these shoes. I love the color and classic style. They will go with a number of outfits (dress up or down).

I bought these for a wedding. I honestly wasn't expecting much, just a decent pair of heels that I wouldn't turn my ankle walking in and were the color I needed. The wedding was at 4:00 and the reception was over at 10:30. I was on my feet almost the entire time. When we were walking across the parking lot to our hotel room I said to my husband...I can't believe my feet don't hurt! I figured by that time I'd be walking on bloody stumps like I was the night before in a different brand in Navy. I wear a 7.5 medium and these were the perfect 7.5 medium. The straps are pretty and really help to keep the shoe from slipping while you're walking. I'm going to order a pair in black because they look good with both dresses and pants. I highly recommend!

Honest review. These are super cute and they are nice and sturdy. I haven’t worn them out on the town yet but as I am wearing them while at home they are comfy and cute. They also cover the creases of my toes so that they are now awkwardly sticking out the material line of the toes. I don’t have particularly long toes so it’s nice to finally find a pear of cute heels/flats that cover them up. Only real down side to these heels is that the straps are tight/a little short. It was a little difficult to put them on since the non adjustable strap was a little tight and in the way when putting my foot in, but it wasn’t super hard to do so and I didn’t hurt myself trying to put them on. I don’t have big/swollen feet and I wear a size 8. My feet are about as average as you get size wise and due to my time in service in the military (and dare say genetics) my arches need insole support. Even with that in mind, they have been comfy so far but I did notice that if I step too quickly that my arches will twinge in pain a little. This leads me to believe that I am not getting enough arch support, which was expected. I normally were sneaker and rarely ever wear heels. I know for a fact that shorter and thicker heels are far better for your feet/ankles than stilettos. All in all I think these are great for short time use and not all day wear, especially with the straps being on the short side and causing the elastic bit for the buckle to stretch, which causes the elasticity to tighten the “leather” strap to the top of your foot.

Super comfortable pump. It’s true to size, I’m an 8 and it was perfect. The black is beautiful and simple. I’ve only worn the shoe a couple times, one of them was to a play where I had to walk a decent amount from the car to the playhouse. There was mud and everything else in between. When I got home, I cleaned them and they looked just as nice as they did when I pulled them out of the box. Very durable for an inexpensive shoe. I don’t have a high arch so I can’t speak to arch support, but they were comfortable. The other thing that I love about the shoe is that they came with little shoe bags. Perfect for traveling and just keeping them clean and nice in the closet during the summer. They are definitely a winter black heel. They have a velvet on them.

Perfect fit! I was slightly concerned because I needed them quickly and they would be here within a day but they came quickly have an adjustable strap and fit like a dream! The cushioning is just right and I have never felt more sure-footed in a pair of heels. I even have issues with my ankles and hip so that is really saying something about these shoes! Recommend for anyone, especially if they are either just learning or re-learning to walk in heels and want to look lovely doing it. I bought the patent leather white and it even came with a cotton bag for each shoe to keep them nice in storage. I am super impressed with these.

I simply do not like to be negative but in this case, I feel it is necessary. I ordered these shoes last week and was excited to get them in time for Easter. Put them on this morning with my dress and right off, I wasn't impressed with the comfort. I went to church and by the time I got home, I couldn't get them off fast enough. Pain across the top of my foot, my legs ached so terribly bad. It was a relief to get them unbuckled and off.....but here it is almost 11pm and my feet are still sore to the touch and very tender. Absolutely THE most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had on.....and yes, they fit but they are certainly not good on your feet. And it says "free returns"......(must be new and unused) Tell me, how can you return something that you wore one time for a period of about 4 hours and then return them. So sad, because I truly felt I have lost my money on a shoe that I thought would work and now I am stuck with them.
