Received a defective PSU. Whenever I moved it around slightly it powered off. After four months of owning it, it started powering off suddenly and I think my motherboard got damaged as a result. The manufacturer doesn’t respond to phone calls and they keep putting me on hold. I called Amazon, explained the situation and they’re not responding, I’ll hear back from them in 24-48 hours. Turns on but no display on monitor. Motherboard has a solid red light on for “CPU” and “DRAM”. Checked every cable I could see to make sure nothing was loose. From what I’ve looked up it means CPU is no good, I guess this company does not check their products before sending.

After six months the sound quit working, tried drivers, complete reinstall. only headphone jack works. so, I assume the Built in motherboard sound card went out, even the plug-in jacks don't work, HDMI tv nothing.
