This is the first prebuilt pc computer in white color I bought. I like it so far it's quick and all, come pre-installed Windows 10 not mentioned elsewhere, free upgrade to Win 11. There are some hiccups as expected, first, whoever put this thing together didn't screw on tight the rear exhaust fan, a screwdriver will fix. Second, no display on the monitor screen like few reviewers mentioned, the fix: remove 2 rams and clean it with alcohol dab or with eraser. Hope this help :] enjoy! ... show more

I got this pc because I didn’t want to spend 1500 on my dream build. So I got this one back in October and recently upgraded to a 4060 ti. Now I have my dream build and I live everything about it. The psu is enough to upgrade to even a 4070 (but that’s pushing it). If you’re looking to play games like valorant or cs go, this pc can hit over 200 fps easily at 1080p. The pc is not only bad but lags on little games like Roblox and doesn't load youtube shorts the sellers also denied my refund and im now either getting a lawsuit and or contacting amazon

I ordered this for my parents as their PC kicked the bucket, and a gaming PC seemed to be the best value. Plus there just wasn't much out there in terms of your old home PCs. Overall the build is nice, decent value for the components, etc. It was listed as coming with Windows 10, but already had Windows 11 installed so bonus points there for not having to deal with upgrading... However, a glaring issue was that whoever put it together either used the wrong standoffs under the motherboard or none at all. It was also missing at least one screw on the motherboard; bottom left screw. The top [left] screw was tightened so far that the interface panel was sunk in so nothing could be plugged in. I wasn't about to deal with trying to exchange or refund so I had to spend an hour fiddling around, loosen up some screws, and setting the motherboard in it's proper position. The PC also only came with extra screws along with practically zero paperwork. So even if I wanted to break it down there weren't standoffs to put this together properly. Anyway, simply loosening two screws and leaving them loose was enough so that I could pull the board up a little so that everything was able to be plugged into the interface. It's a solid PC, but that's a major issue that most people likely wouldn't be able to tackle. Also Amazon packing was terrible. The PC was packaged well in it's OEM box but Amazon slapped it in a box way too large and threw a sheet of paper in it; as if that even offered protection. Should've saved the paper for another package, what a waste. Overall a good value, and I'd buy one again if I ever needed a pre-built. These things can and do happen from all manufacturers. It's just a shame they do because it really isn't that difficult to put a PC together. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very first pc I bought and it turns out great. Only problem is that 2 of the fans rgb lost color, turns out it just got unplugged. For anyone in deep gaming here’s a list of fps on games { —- Fortnite / 120+ FPS ——- Mincraft / 200+ FPS —— Call of duty / 70+ FPS —— Forza horizon 4-5 / 80+ FPS — } if your a teen who’s looking to buy… BUY IT ITS AWESOME.
