After pricing around for several weeks I landed on this PC. What you get for the money is hands down worth it. It's one of the few premade PCs with 32gb and 2TB HD. Most of the PCs around this price lack the extra from RAM and hard drive space. This thing plays pretty much all games at ultra settings with no performance hit. The build quality is also very solid and doesn't seem flimsy at all. The noise level is excellent, it's not loud at all. I had no issues connecting and setting it up. I liked how great of a deal this pc seemed to be. Upon receiving it, I noticed a crack on case of the pc just inside the glass door. Also noticed that one of the legs was dented in and because of this, the pc wobbled. Having seen both of those things I still tried to plug into monitors, mouse and keyboard and tried to start it up. It did not fully start and said the cpu fans were not running up to speed. At this point I unplugged everything and boxed it back up. I am hoping my refund process does not go as poorly as this other gentleman has reviewed. ... show more

I bought the Thermaltake computer with RTX 4070Ti and the 14th generation Intel CPU. I've overall been very impressed by it. There might be possible to buy a more powerful prebuilt computer than this, but not without paying a few more thousand dollars, and this is already very close to the bleeding edge. This is on of the few sellers that was even offering the latest 14th generation intel i9 CPUs so close to the release date of the 14th generation. The cooling system has been very impressive. The computer is powerful enough that even video games with bleeding edge graphics won't push it to its limits, but you can get to those limits reaching nearly 100% of CPU and GPU usage if you're using extremely demanding AI and video encoding applications. Even under nearly 100% usage, however, the CPU and GPU temperature will never run above 70 degrees Celsius in my experience, the fans will just run louder but are still a massive improvement over my previous HP Omen laptop in terms of fan noise. This is clearly a very well-built system. My only complaint is that it would be nice if there were customization options so I could have chosen RTX 4080 or 4090 if I wanted (probably wouldn't have been able to afford it tho). I would also have liked to be able to get it with 64 GB of RAM rather than 32 GB and with more than 2 TB of internal SSD storage if it had been an option. That said, it should not be too hard to add upgrades yourself if you want to. All the parts are easily accessible by hand and the computer comes with the instructions manuals to help you with it if you want. At the very least, there should be an option to get a dark grey tower color instead of the white color because changing the whole chassis by hand would be a pain. ... show more

    • One problem after another
First boot up one of the lights on the fan doesn't work. Over a few months of use It's not wanting to connect to my mouse, keyboard or monitor at random times. Then it dies. We bought a new power supply. It still doesn't work. So we bought a new case, got it to work. But it still randomly doesn't connected to my stuff. Probably will die again. I'll just deal with it until it dies again and go with a better brand and company. I bought it already put together so I didn't have to have my husband build one this time. But it seems like we are doing that now by replacing parts! ... show more

Pc does not run on activated verison of window causing the crashes costing me 300 extra for repair fees and those guy do not take responsibility. Do not buy this pc, it will crash really soon. Or make sure you still have the box to return it and get the money back as you can't file a A to z documents. Those people has very very very bad intentions, not good people. 5 months after buying this Thermaltake PC completely died. Thermaltake warranty department is incredibly slow, I doubt I’ll get this PC back within 3 months of its hardware crashing. DO NOT BUY THERMALTAKE PRODUCTS!! You don’t want those problems.
