This case has so many options for different pc builds, good space for cable management and it is overall easy to build. Everything looks and feels good quality. The only con i can think of is the open case design that leaves your components exposed to dust. This design is also a pro for the thermals. For me it is not an issue at all since i purchased an electric air pressure duster and i can clean it like new regularly without much effort. The people who gave this product 3 stars for having bad instructions should not be buying pc cases and building the pcs in the first place. If you are not able to figure out easily where everything goes in such a simple case you cannot handle building safely a pc. ... show more

I will say only things i didnt like was the pci riser bracket not fitting on my riser 4.0 cable. I mustve gotten lucky to have the whole case prebuilt since i heard it usually comes in parts. Overall nice looking case. I only wish i could install a fan to keep my 3090 cool

I recently purchased this for my medium to high-end workstation build for college and to take me into my profession. The case came in about a 25"x25"x7" sturdy cardboard box well protected with Styrofoam. It is a bit on the heavier side so ask a friend or family member to help moving it around, it is an awkward shape to lift by oneself, *both boxed and assembled.* I overdid it a bit and this was really my first real computer build outside of school, yes one of my midterms was building a computer...pretty cool class :). I chose a 1600W "SUPERNOVA" 1600 T2 Titanium Fully Modular ATX Power Supply courtesy of EVGA. Again....I overdid things just a bit, I am planning for future upgrades. I was disappointed, more in myself, that the power supply was, and is, too large for the case. It has no problem attaching to the case, unfortunately it covers the cable grommet specifically for the power supply, which I had to remove to secure properly. The instructions were....well...there were instructions. Honestly, if you've never opened a computer before, I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the overall concepts of cable management prior to diving in. I will be making my own hole in the case for my enormous power supply, modifying this case appears to be straightforward. The assembly is simple, it can fit a variety of motherboard sizes which is really nice to see. Attach the feet first or right after the power supply. I assembled this case while building my computer at the same time, so I chose to take my time and did it in an evening. It takes no time at all if moving parts from one case to another. Space to accommodate four 3.5 inch drives in the back, or 2.5 to 3.5 adapters for SSD. Enough for me, easily. Everything is included that you will need with the exception of a Phillips Screwdriver, which is expected. The only hiccup I ran into, was not the case's problem, it was mine. I bought a Corsair liquid cooler and where I mounted it to the space on the right or front, depending on point of view, the hoses have JUST enough room to fit, because they were not designed with two 90° bends in mind. This case is more designed for a complete liquid cooling solution or DIY liquid cooling solution, especially considering the visibility. Be consciously aware of the possibility and likelihood of dust, or other variables such as children or pets. This is an OPEN CASE, that means fans, delicate...not to mention expensive...electronics will be accessible. Plan accordingly! Also worth taking into consideration: graphics card cooling. This case does not have the airflow current that many others do, do not forget about that as I did. I recommend either a GPU with substantial stock cooling, or a liquid cooling kit for the entire case and simply plum lines to the GPU(s). I did not take that into consideration which results in my graphics card running warmer than I feel comfortable for a long period of time...and it is not even overclocked however could use a cleaning...and outputting to a 4K monitor and VR, not the case's problem, it is my own. As the title suggests, plan accordingly. If this case is a consideration, do have a bulletproof cooling solution for the CPU and GPU(s). This case was enjoyable to assemble despite the minute aid from the instructions. This is a rigid case, meant to last a long time, enables multiple styles of builds, reasonably priced, very well built, stable, and after a touch of your own creativity allows for an outstanding example of how beautiful computers can be. Most cases hide the components away, sometimes with a viewing window...choosing this case is choosing a different path. This case proudly displays your components, I enjoy being reminded looking at this that gives you the "I built that" feeling. I enjoy this case and so will you. ... show more

I have very mixed emotions on this case. It replaced a large Corsair 600T for me, and although it's really a nice looking case, and I don't regret it, it was a very frustrating thing to put together. Here's the e-mail I sent to Thermaltake complaining shorty after my build. (I bought this when it was newer, before the recently announced P3 was known about). After my e-mail, they did write back telling me they had some additional accessories I could have bought to mount my hard drives and the radiator in swapped positions....would cost me another $50 or so. Again, I'm still going to say 4/5 stars because it's gorgeous, but be warned, it's a beast to put together. I just finished putting together a system using the your Core P5 case which I paired with the Water 3.0 Riing CPU cooler... I just wanted to say that I came from a Corsair 600T case and this P5 Core system was the toughest system I ever put together. First, the P5 Case and the Water 3.0 Riing are clearly not suited to be used together; the hoses are not long enough to reach! How was I supposed to know that before I had the P5 Core case in front of me - it certainly isn't obvious how far apart the motherboard mounting position is from the radiator mounting position until it's all in front of you. This is made even more confusing because every photo you make available of the P5 case shows what LOOKS a lot like the Water 3.0 Riing system (although it's clearly a more custom pump/reservoir cooling, but it SHCOKED me that the one I bought doesn't have a hose long enough. Any solutions you may have for this? ALSO, the spacers for mounting the motherboard you supplied are absolutely terrible Over half of them didn't grip the screws properly, so I had to use some from the old Corsair case which luckily worked. Overall the case is pretty to look at but terrible to work with. The instructions are pretty sparse...it would have been nice to give me a heads up on a few things. For instance, it's hard to work with cable management withouth removing the wall mounting bracket.....but then you have to put I back BEFORE you mount the motherboard or the motherboard covers up the screws. I learned that the hard way. Mounting the graphics cards (2 in SLI) was not successful, either. I don't know if the extension cable you provided was faulty, or if the cables got too twisted during installation, but that's nearly impossible to even fit, and then it didn't work anyway. All in all, it's a good looking case but it took me almost 7 hours to finish the build and it was incredibly frustrating, and doesn't even look correct because the components aren't sitting where they should due to the radiator hose being too short.
