You put these on an immediately you want to wear them for pjs and under your clothes all day. They aren't at all stiff or scratchy, you could easily live in them. I haven't worn them outside yet since I don't ski , so I can't say positively if they'll be warm enough. I bought them to wear clearing off my car and just for frigid weather. Naturally it turned warm the day these arrived. But I really think you'll be very glad if you buy a pair. Oh, and the red is a beautiful dark color.

Purchased 2 sizes, small & medium because I had lost so much weight I was not sure which size to pick. Tried the small & it was perfect. Only used the pants part because it kept me so warm didn't need the top part. Exactly what I needed for these extra cold cold winter days. I recommend this highly and would purchase this again when the need arises. Packaging and delivery was excellent. If you want warmth get Thermajane - it's worth the purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised with these. I have other types of base layers and they don't fit as great but I did read the reviews on these so I ordered up a size. I'm typically a small in everything and ordered a medium because I didn't want them to be tight especially the pants tight on my waist. For reference I'm 5'4, 130 lb, average build and a little bit of a tummy. I can't wait to wear these for skiing and replace my other base layers with them. They fit perfectly under my ski pants and actually made it easier for them to get on since my ski pants are little tight on my waist and these actually helped glide them on perfectly! I will be buying more colors once they come in my size.

Purchased these as a base layer for our trip to CO. They definitely did the job as a good base layer. It was -17 on our first day out in the mountain and these with an additional layer kept us cozy all day. These were nearly a staple of our attire the whole trip. We did size up per recommended by others and it was accurate. So size up and just purchase!

I bought these for a trip to NYC for Christmas this year and was nervous how they’d do after the winter storm hit. We had temps of 3 degrees F (with wind chill being -11 degrees F) and these were a great base layer! I would buy a pair of these again! They are true to size and fit really well with some stretch. I got a small and I’m 5’4, 135 LBs.

This set is warm but doesn’t make me too hot. It’s soft and moves with me. Five stars for the reasons above, but just after two wears I have noticed pilling from rubbing against a top layer of a normal hoodie with no buttons or zippers . Also, they could use a thicker elastic around the waist for a richer quality. I took one star off for those that makes it seem like it will wear out fast if worn for more than a season.

I am 5'1 and 215 ish, an i bought the 2x. They fit good very comfortable, super warm, survived 90 mph in 30 degree weather. Here is the review I was looking for that I did not see. While they fit good, I also have squishy tummy so the band on the pants give that weird line that divides my tummy in half in this unattractive way(If you know you know). These were used for riding so hidden by my jeans and a flannel. Wear for your comfort level here
