After I washed them, I did hang to dry, instead of the dryer, so I’m not sure about shrinkage, I didn’t experience or notice any. But I was able to wash them without any changes to them. They fit great. I am 5:4, 114lbs size M. I bought two of the Long Johns for skiing and they were so cute I wear them to bed. They kept me warm and I think they are beautiful

Warm, comfortable and cute. Get 2 sets. Pros: super soft and stretchy, a great base layer. Kept me warm during the -15 days we had recently. Cute and stylish to relax in and dries quickly (line dry). Fabric is a bamboo blend with nylon and spandex. Cons: Wish the neckline was either a bit lower or a turtleneck. It is high enough that it shows below my other shirts. Doesn't come in enough sizes. I am able to wear a 2X but if you are a 3X, the 2X will either not fit or be uncomfortable. There is NO FLEECE LINING. The description says fleece lining, but there is no fleece. I bought this to wear under my softball uniform in the colder months. I bought a size medium which is my usual shirt size. I feel like the shirt is a little short. I am always pulling it down. The pants are a little big so I am pulling up constantly. I am 5'9 135lbs for reference. The hardest thing about clothes that comes together for me is getting them both to fit. I wear a medium top and a small bottom. But they do give me that extra layer of warmth so I put up with the pulling up and down...lol. I can't blame the clothes since it is probably my body but if you are smaller on top or bottom then you may have a problem fit also. I have worn and washed multiple times and they do hold up great. They are form fitting also as they should be for under clothes! ... show more

These are terrific for use as a thermal barrier against cold. Wear under your blouse or slacks and you will not be cold. Machine wash and dry, these will seem tight at first. Once you have them on, you will enjoy the barrier from the cold, without being bulky light traditional thermal underwear.

Ok, I work in a very cold warehouse loading trucks for a big shipping company. I hate and I mean HATE the cold. I needed more thermal clothes to try and keep warm. These were pretty (I mean seriously why can't thermal underclothes be pretty, lol) 1st off, these are very soft. 2nd, They are thin enough that they even fit under snug jeans. 3rd, unfortunately the sizing is a bit off. I'm 5'1" and weigh *cough, cough* *whispering quietly* 150 lbs. I ordered the large. The pants fit baggy like they are an XL and the shirt was skin tight like it was a med. I thought oh well, it won't be bad. Well the neck line was tight enough that it rubbed the area around my neck raw. Really annoyed me while I was working. So I'm not sure I will wear them again or if I'm gonna cut the neckline and make it looser. 4th, I can't really comment on the warmth, the day I wore them it was only in the 50's so even though that is freezing to me, it was a bitter cold. Although they did seem to keep me comfortably warm considering anything below 70 is freezing to me. 5th, they say to wash with no fabric softener. For me, this is a bit of an annoyance, I use fabric softener in the washer and dryer. So, I need to wash these by themselves. That may not be an issue for some people but a minor inconvenience for me. Hopefully I can trim the neckline and can wear these without it irritating my neck. Was actually a Xmas gift last year- she likes them and actually looks very attractive in them however I am sending no pictures- fit her well and keeps her nice and warm.
