I'm 6'7" and 225 lbs, 38" waist, and they fit very well. I like Carhartt clothes because they usually run a little large and the non-tall sizes fit me fine in most cases. I probably could have gone with the XL instead of XL-Tall, but again... it's better for them to be too big/long.
