I grabbed this "Mens Thermal Underwear Long Johns Set Cold Weather Hunting Base Layer recently because I was absolutely freezing every day. The classrooms that I work in are way too cold and I couldn't think of any other solution short of bringing an electric blanket with me to work and staying near an outlet at all times lol. I'm probably the only one buying thermals in the height of summer but yeah, with my old thermals losing their stretch it was definitely time for an upgrade. I really wanted something versatile that could keep me warm inside those freezing classrooms without having to wear bulky clothing. The Good: The comfort level right out of the package is honestly pretty great for the price. The fleece lining inside is super soft against the skin and completely avoids that annoying scratchy feeling you sometimes get with cheaper gear. The material has a good amount of stretch to it so it actually moves with your body instead of fighting your natural movement. Best of all it does exactly what I needed it to do by trapping body heat really well without making me sweat once I start walking around campus. The Bad I honestly do not have many complaints at all. If I had to pick one minor thing the sleeves are just a tiny bit long on me. It is barely noticeable because I can just bunch it up a little bit near the elbow so it really is not a big deal. The overall fit is otherwise awesome and they held up perfectly after going through the laundry. They stretch quite a bit so I feel like you don't have to worry too much about sizing, pick your normal sizes and it'll most likely fit. Overall this is an awesome choice if you just want to stay warm during early mornings or long days in overly air conditioned rooms. It totally delivers on being warm and comfortable and performs way better than I expected for the price. I am really happy with how they fit into my daily rotation. They've held up in the wash so far (hasn't been very long), but I'll definitely update my review if that changes. ... show more

Any Big & Tall guys reading this, these fit great. I'm 6'7 300 and got XXL and they fit beyond perfect. The listed size charts are not accurate related to inseam IMO. I usually wear a 42-34, sometimes a 32. 19.5/39 shirt. These have plenty of room, move well, feel warm and comfy and I can easy leave the cuff or pant cuff snugly around my wrist or ankle, or stretch them up over. This is so rare for me to have something that fits proper sleeve length, or all the way down my legs. Covers over my stomach with plenty of room to tuck in the lover pair or other layers. Plenty of trunk length. I can leave this mid calf and they feel snug and tight, or extend them down and they feel snug and tight. Same with the arms. GREAT to have have the fit as a tall guy. Had zero issues after cleaning. This is an excellent base layer, highly recommended. ... show more

I just got a pair of these to augment my Under Armor Base Layer set and I can't believe how good these are. live the Mid-Atlantic states and just gave them a thorough 4-hour test pushing snow in the mid 20s. I was very impressed with their looks and quality. I have Under Armor base layer 4.0 and 2.0, and think these are very comparable in weight and thickness to the UA 2.0s for a fraction of the cost. I got a set of these on sale for less than just a UA Top. They're an incredible value for the money. They seem to have lots of color combinations. They look and feel fantastic. And they layer easily under jeans and sweatshirt with no bulkiness feel. I've only worn them once so I don't know how durable they are and hope they stand up over time. So far I'm thoroughly impressed and plan to buy a couple more sets. I can get 3 pairs of these (tops & bottoms) for 1 set of UAs, and these are just as warm as the UA 2.0s. I recommend going with the mock turtle necks if you'll be outside as they'll help keep the heat in. My primary need and use for these is tailgating and outdoor winter events where you're standing out in the cold for 2-4 hour periods. ... show more

Bought these for my husband. I was worried they might be too tight or the shirt too short as he has a long torso and they do not have tells. But that wasn't the case. They fit him so perfectly. He is 6ft 220lbs and they are great! He said they conform to his body so good, not too tight but also not so loose that they become uncomfortable. They so do nit cause him to chaff, as he does not wear boxers with them. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is bc they did not have any pockets on the pants like some do, not a deal breaker, pockets are just more convenient when running. We definitely recommend these thermals and this saler and we will definitely be buying more in the future! This worked perfectly for my son. He used the shirt for under his baseball uniform and it was snug enough without being uncomfortable or hindering his ability to play well. Yet keeping him warm during the cold games that happened. The pants fit well and we able to fit under his sweat pants when he needed them for an afternoon spent outdoors. Hubby bought a set of these once the cold, foggy weather began here in Central California. He ordered a large and while the shirt fits perfect, the bottoms are a little on the bigger side, so I wish it was possible to buy mixed sizes since not everyone has the proportions to fit in one size only for their shape on top & bottom! He has actually worn these a bunch more than I originally thought he would. He says they are soft, comfortable and nice quality fabric. They are thin enough to layer underneath his regular clothes without looking bulky or uncomfortable. He's actually gone out in the evening to take the dog outside and has worn these since they do not look like underclothes. Also, due to the moisture wicking feature, even if you get a little warm, they allow you to stay comfortable. One thing to be aware of, however, is that there is no "fly" on the bottoms of these so it will be necessary to partially undress to use the restroom. Hubby actually appreciates this feature since if he has to run to garage or take out the garbage or dog without looking like he's wearing his underwear.
