I love the minimalist look of Therabody boots. The pump is easily portable and isn’t too high tech. I love how you can align the pressure of the system to your needs and that there are different modes to choose from, such as: Isolation, Interval, Pro. mode, Recover and warmup. The system is easy to navigate and in comparison to my normatec, it is easier to store back into its box for travel. As an athlete, this is a machine you will need nearly everyday and as a traveler as well, it’s easy to just pick up and go. I would also like to add that the pressure goes up very high and it’s best to be careful when inputting your settings.

this product is a game changer after leg day! the therabody air pro came 4 days earlier then they were supposed to (yay) & put to use immediately after a day of running around in heels. super user friendly easy to use & comfortable. It also has a Bluetooth option to connect to your phone very convenient. the pressure is perfect & feels like a massage. i want a full body one

I feel like I am getting a massage for my legs at home! I love these boots already. They are easy to use with simple instructions. I was able to open the box and try my first session within minutes. I am really excited to add them to my recovery routine. They are quiet and I like how I can recover while sitting on my phone or doing work or watching tv. I like how they fold easily and can be stored back in the box our pouches they came with to be easily stored in my NYC 1 bedroom apartment. The buttons and settings are easy to use and navigate.

First off, the the recoveryAir legs work great for what they’re designed for - after a long week of moving 15+ miles per day in addition to weightlifting work, I used the legs to speed up my recovery time between days. I was noticeably less sore than usual. Additionally, the battery life in the pump unit is much longer than I was expecting. I’ve used it for several 30 minute sessions, and it still has plenty of battery left. Will be able to pack up the system and bring it with me if necessary, which is an unexpected perk.

I can confidently say that this has been the most impactful purchase to my recovery since I began competing in competitive triathlon. I was skeptical of the purchase because I think that I have a pretty good recovery routine already but found that the way the compression moves fluid really improves my performance.
