I've tried other massage gadgets before, but none of them come close to the power and relief the Theragun Mini delivers. It's like the difference between a gentle pat on the back and someone really getting in there to work out the kinks. Ease of Use: It's super user-friendly. No complicated settings or buttons – just straightforward, effective massage power. Plus, it’s quiet, which is a bonus when I’m trying to wind down and not disturb anyone around me.     • High quality and effective device, with a couple caveats
Style: Black - 2.0
First, this is an obviously well-built and well-engineered piece of kit. The rubberized coating is high quality, the power/speed button has a nice tactile feel, and the connection point for the attachments is well designed, using ball bearings for the connection. Even the packaging was thoughtfully designed. Of course, this device isn't cheap, so I was happy to see that they didn't cut corners. One thing I will say, please download the Therabody app to use with this. You won't get the full experience without using the app. Now for the pros and cons. Pros: 1) It has an incredible amount of power for its size (this has a drawback which I will mention later). Even the lowest setting was sufficient to get a great massage on a lot of areas on my body. I can't imagine needing the full blown Theragun models. This has plenty of power. 2) The compact size makes it super easy to carry with you to work, on the go, or when traveling. 3) The app is really great. The device connects easily to the app, and the app provides you the remaining battery life and has a cornucopia of great exercises and routines, including ones for stress relief, relaxation, pre-workout and post-workout for upper and lower body, etc. You can also customize the break time between exercises and a few other things Cons: 1) Battery life. Unfortunately, given its high power and compact size, battery life isn't especially great. Not sure I can really fault the device too much given that it's hard to have both power and compact size without sacrifices, but it's important to note nonetheless and keeps this from being 5 stars. To provide a use case example, I did a 7 min pre-workout lower body routine before the gym, and then a 10 min post-workout routine when I got back. These 17 mins used about 50% of the battery (I had charged it fully in order to test this out). 2) This is minor, but I wish the soft carry case was just a little bit bigger to fit the two extra attachments. As it is, it only fits the device itself with just one attachment on it. 3) As this device sits right in your hand, sometimes at higher speed you can develop pins and needles and some mild discomfort in your hand from the vibration. 4) It only comes with a USB charging cable. Would have been nice to include a charging brick with it as well, especially at this price. Overall, a great device and highly effective, and in a compact size, with the main drawback being the somewhat mediocre battery life. ... show more

Love the Theragun Mini. It's portable and small enough to take in your carry-on baggage; never store in checked baggage. It's easy use and has three settings to help with stubborn knots and sore muscles. The battery can last for hours and is super simple to charge.

Theragun products are just expensive. Once you get past that truth, just enjoy that this compact, easy to use device is worth it. It's helped me with recovery from an injury. My physical therapist suggested it as a nice balance of power and portability. He was right.
