We bought three of these for a firepit. We got them out of boxes, happy and loved them. However when we set them on patio we noticed one of them was wobbling. I flipped it over and found it had a cracked bracket at the leg attached at the bench, all the way through and across the bracket. Making the bench totally unstable and unuseable. Now I have no way to return it b/c the box was destroyed. The other two were fine. Very disappointed! (the quality seemed great until this occurred. Update: I called amazon customer service and they made it right. Sad to see this bench trashed but the customer service rep was great with helping us deal with this. ... show more

This bench, for the price, was a horrible product! It looks very cheap, even though it is sturdy. I am used to Amazon letting me return products without paying shipping. In this situation it cost me $80 to ship the bench back, and now the manufacture can sell it again. Total rip off! In my opinion, Amazon should not be even caring this product. ... show more

Pleasantly surprised when this package arrived. I was expecting that I would be putting it together, but it came fully assembled. This is a very nice bench and very well made. There is nothing cheap looking about it either. Extremely nice for the small price I paid. Highly recommend!

We ordered 2 for the fire pit. I was surprised to see how much care was taken with the packaging. Really impressed with that. They arrived in perfect shape. Hard wood and well made so they seem like they’ll last a long time. Only thing is, Don’t plan on leaving them in the weather. The depressions in the top of the bench will hold water and rapidly take from the life of the bench. Not to mention you need to tip it over to dry it before sitting down. Still love them. Perfect for my front porch, where there is a narrow entrance to the door and not enough room for a chair. It’s very compact but sturdy. I like the rustic look. Oh! And no assembly, a huge plus!

They are beautiful but I have only had them two months and they are already starting to crack and splinter even though I have sealed them twice. For outdoor wooden benches I expected them to be more durable.
