Personally I wish it went 5 mph faster. Besides that, the scooter is great. Bluetooth speakers are loud and sync up just fine w my phone. The headlight and break light are bright and work well. there is no specification for brakes and this is not very good considering that they have to be replaced every half a year - a year.

Bluetooth radio does not work. I've called 4 times to no avail. On the first call a lady told me that she would have a technician call me back but I never received a callback. On the second call I finally had someone follow up and send me out a new Bluetooth speaker. I've called back two times since then for instructions so I would not damage the scooter, and I was promised a video and a call from the technician but no go. At this point I do not have the time or the energy to keep following up. I would not recommend buying from this company again. If anything goes wrong you will not be able to receive any help.
