I little pricey, but good quality. After doing a lot of research, we decided on this fire chat table since it had the highest BTU rating. I will caution though, fire chat tables are not designed to keep you warm in the winter, they are designed to be neat to look at. That being said, this is probably the warmest one you find and it throws some heat, but not enough to keep you warm in a NE winter. Set up was fairly straight forward. Table looks great, we connected to our natural gas line and it functions as expected. Very sturdy too.

We are really enjoying this gorgeous fire table. It provides plenty of heat and is beautifully designed. Unfortunately the glass was completely shattered when we received it. We immediately notified the company and they were sold out of the tables. We were leaving for vacation and wanted to use the table for a 4th of July celebration before we left. We didn't receive it for the party, however it did arrive a day before our trip. It's a nice alternative to an outdoor fireplace. We live in a cool climate and will enjoy this still for a few months ahead.

It is outrageous to spend this much money on a fire pit and have the manufacturer short me on parts. Now I have to go through the hassle of calling, trying to get the distributor to get in touch with the manufacturer to get the parts and then mail them to me.... meanwhile I have pieces of fire pit table cluttering up my terrace. Not happy.

Item arrived about a week early and the shipping company was good. Pros: 1. end product looks and performs very well and looks like a nice piece you would see at a high end hotel/restaurant. 2. Easy to use. 3. Puts out good heat Cons: 1. Hardware for assembly is almost embarrassingly cheap. Had to shim one bolt due to it being stripped. 2. Capture nuts (nuts welded into the frame of the unit) had a lot of slag which I had to use a file to remove to even attempt to push a bolt through. 3. Directions are terrible. Bad pictures and orientations are confusing. Overall: nice product. Maybe a bit over priced based on the difficulty to assemble and the shotty hardware.

Update: 5/9/2021 I’ve had the firepit for 5 years now and still LOVE it. It’s been outdoors this hole time, and holds up well. I’ve just recently purchased the glass to go around the flame. So a whole new experience is still ahead. During the off seasons I’ve been shrink wrapping the top of the table so I can continue to use the surface, but protect the pit from the wet elements. I’m Happy with this investment. Back in 2021: This fire pit looks GREAT!!! on my back patio and functions very well. It was packaged perfect, and not a flaw anywhere. It took all of an hour to put together, grab a beer, sit down, and fire it up. There's only 12 screws, an ignitor, a valve, and a propane hose to connect. All were very obvious where they had to go. I'm looking forward to some coming parties and I'll leave an update. Thank you.

the gas line and the igniter wire do not connect to the controls if you put the fire tray in the way the instructions say too. the gas line has to have a severe bend in it and it still hits the interior frame. the igniter wire is too short to reach the control panel when installed in reverse of the instructions if you were to do so because of the gas line issue. this is my second one of these and the first one doesn't have the interior frame so there were no issues and it works great! 11/15/17 The manufacturer sent us a new igniter with an extension to the original wiring that will work but probably should be all one wire from the igniter to the control box. These table are great and put out a lot of heat!!

This is an attractive item but I am surprised it is rated so highly given the quality issues. One doesn't expect build issues like this at this price level. As is documented elsewhere and was true on both bases we received (we returned the first) the door on the end will not close because it does not fit. Both fire trays did not sit flush because both had a slight arch to them. The ignitor does not work. The purchasing experience is frustrating as well. You are stuck with putting up with issues or shipping the whole thing back. You can not swap out parts or even just one of the two boxes in which it comes; it is all or nothing.
