Got the small for my 10 year old niece and she loves it. It fits her perfect, a little longer on her but I would imagine on someone taller than 5'3ish this could be bit shorter than the picture advertises We live in Texas and its still that time of year where its cold in the morning and hot by the afternoon so this is light enough to not be too much for those days. The inside is a nice soft fleece feeling while the outside is more textured. The color is unique and she got lots of compliments on it. Not your typical blue/green, space is definitely a great descriptor for this rich color. This North Face jacket is perfect for layering as it is thin but surprisingly very warm. The fit is very nice and has a slightly defined waist that tapers outwards towards the bottom. The inside is a soft fleece that keeps you warm without the bulk. I love how lightweight it is. The color is very nice and the look is very flattering. It washes nicely as well. North Face has been around fur some time now and is well respected in the winter wear community. This quarter Zip women's jacket bis no exception. The fabric is 95% recycled polyester and 5 % elastane flat grid fleece for comfort. 1/4 zip includes the stand up collar for warmth and protection from the elements. Regular cut provides for increased mobility. Good for cool to slightly colder conditions, size up if yiou plan to wear something substantial under it. The size small is very wide but oddly short. I’m 5’4” and 110lbs and I did not like how the size small fits. I could have dealt with it being a little oversized if it wasn’t for the fact that it barely covered my stomach. The fabric felt cheap, considering the brand and price. It’s insanely comfortable, the fit is true to size (5’4, 130lbs for fit reference), and it’s warm without making me feel bulky or sweaty. This fleeces looks and feels nice. It fit me well. I did not have to order up/down a size or anything to get what I needed. It also keeps me warm, but remains breathable. The material quality is good and I expect it will last. Definitely recommend.

This is a great base layer or transitional season sweater. It’s warm, but breathes well. It is just a little shorter and boxy at the waist hem, so if you prefer a longer or tighter fit, you might keep shopping. I am usually a fairly solid size medium, but this small fit me nicely. I’m 5’5”, size 6, 36D and this is comfortable without pulling anywhere. Lots of room in the shoulders. You might plan to size up if you want to wear this as a top layer often.
