I love this jacket! The inside is lined with the softest and comfiest material! It’s warm, not too bulky either. This is definitely a fall/spring type jacket but for the most part I can get away with it in central NC winters, too. I originally ordered a small and ended up returning for a medium. I would say if you’re in between sizes or you want a little bit of room you should definitely size up. As far as price and value go, that is going to be very dependent upon you. To me, personally, it was worth the $150 price tag. The small I ordered was marked down to $98 but when I needed to get a different size it was not the same price but I still went ahead and bought it because I fell in love with the interior lining and comfort of it. Because I live in an area where we don’t typically get drastic winter weather, and being able to wear it throughout the winter as a result, I’m happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

This North Face jacket is so cozy!! The inner lining is super soft and plush-feeling, and the outer layer seems more durable than the typical smooth windbreaker-type material, which I like. It is actually a great windbreaker and it is warm. I've worn it in cooler Michigan fall temperatures like 45-60 degrees and felt totally comfortable. I am 5'3" 120 lbs 32D with an athletic build/shoulders. I got the medium because of reviews and it is comfortable even with a sweatshirt underneath. It has a cozy soft plush-lined hood, nice quality long ribbed cuffs, and nice zippered pockets too. I love it!

Runs small..i ordered a medium should have got a Large..I'm 5' 5" or so & 130lbs... the chest area & arm length for me should be abit looser..medium is abit tight..otherwise very nice quality & makes for a good spring/fall jacket

Jacket is great, well made, and seems warm and durable. However, I suggest ordering a size up. I originally ordered an XL because I typically wear XL, the Amazon AI suggested XL, a customer review on another posting with similar height and weight said XL fit perfect, and my measurements were slightly smaller than the XL in the size guide. XL fit ok if I didn't wear anything thicker than a t-shirt. If I put on a thicker shirt and zipped up the jacket, I looked like an overstuffed sausage. I returned the XL for a 2XL and it fit perfect with room for layers, yet didn't look baggy. For reference, I'm 5'4", 165 lbs, chest 41", midtorso 43.5", hips 47", shoulders 16", and arm length 20".

The exact fit and style and material I was after. Swishy on the outside, furry on the inside. I wear an XL. I bought the XL and it is perfect with a thick sweatshirt under it. It’s flattering on my fluffy 5’3” frame. I want it in all the colors. Totally worth it.
