Decent coffee maker. Watch out when using certain K-Pods cause they explode inside when brewing and clean up sucks. Using the other attachment for the grinds when making coffee.

This coffee maker is the best. It has nice small footprint/form factor, slim design but big results. It has all the features (minus a clock) that I wanted. Regular and bold brew, ice-tea brew, loose coffee and loose tea brewing, k-cup, tall mug and short mug with multiple ounce quantities to choose from. Large capacity detachable water container (nice!), easy to clean, etc. Oh, and the coffee is real hot and tastes great! ... show more

    • Does not brew with k cups or ground coffee.
I’m very disappointed with Hamilton Beach. They usually put out nice looking appliances “that do their job.” This Flex brew is nicely designed, however I didn’t buy it for its looks. I bought it because it boasted of 4 different brew options. I was only able to get it to brew one tea pod over ice. All the other options get you a half cup of grounds in your cup. And the explosion in the the pot after I used it to make a k Cup required me to spend an hour with the grounds all inside the pot and the next few hours trying to find out why this coffee pot doesn’t work like it says. So if you enjoy cleaning grounds from your counters, inside your pot, out of your cups, and of course you have to clean out the 4 needle holes with a paper clip EVERY time you try one more time to get a descent cup of coffee go ahead and buy this pot. It will look very nice on your counters ... show more

Using pods or grounds, compact size and quick brew are all great. The major drawback is brew temperature, after adding creamer it's barely warm. I have to microwave after brew for a proper temperature

This is by far the best k-pods coffee machine! I love that it has quality manufacturing & it is touch screen! Another amazing thing is that you can use it with ground coffee so you are never limited in coffee choices. It has a huge water reservoir & slim design. I’m very happy with my purchase 😌
