My daughter is in love with this jacket. We are from Michigan and it can get extremely cold. Having a warm coat is a must. I purchased this coat for her for Christmas. She has other North Face coats but I believe this is her favorite. This is a wonderful buy.

I bought and returned several jackets before I bought this one. This jacket is so comfortable and warm. It’s not heavy feeling either. I sized up and by doing so I had plenty of room for my sweat shirt. My arms are short and can never find a jacket that I didn’t have to role up the sleeves. Read the sizing very carefully so you can choose the correct size that matches your body shape. Buy it! You’ll never buy another jacket again! ... show more

This product is good, but it runs a little bit small. I wear a medium on just about everything out there. I ordered a medium here and check the size chart. However, the shoulders seemed a bit narrow. The rest of the fit was good. Giving four stars versus five because of the narrow shoulders.

The jacket came in good condition, brand new, I think. It smells horrible!! I’ve washed it 3 times, hung it outside, washed it with Lysol disinfectant deodorizer, the smell has dulled at all! The clothes next to it while hanging to dry in the house even the odor, I hope it comes out.

I like everything about this jacket, except that I should have been more careful about reading the details. I was looking for a "packable" jacket, and although this is just great, it does not fit the bill. I am 5'2" and 100 lbs and the small was perfect with enough room for layering underneath.

I was weary of purchasing this particular North Face Jacket because of how thin it was. Boy was I wrong. All I wear under it is a tee shirt and even if the wind is whipping, I stay nice and warm.
