Purchased this coat after hearing how warm North Face coats are, living in Chicago I wanted a warm coat for the winter. This North Face coat did not deliver. The coat was light and I knew it would not make a Chicago winter. The coat would probably have worked in Atlanta or other states where they seldom if ever get below 30 degrees. The coat wasn't as heavy as my Nautica Coat which cost $80 and it is very warm. The North Face coat was beautiful, and the navy blue color was perfect, I really wanted to keep it but after just experiencing 4 days of below-zero weather I knew the best thing to do was return it. If you live anywhere where the temperatures dip below 30 degrees save your money. ... show more

It’s a great quality parka by North Face, as expected. However, it’s too long for short people like me. I’m 5”1’ and it touched my ankles. Although, I loved it so much and wanted to keep, but had to unfortunately return due to its length. All other features were great!

I was hesitant at first because I’ve never owned a parka this long but it’s fabulous. Warm without too much bulk, nipped in at the waist so it doesn’t look like I’m wearing a sleeping bag and removable fur collar. I also love that you can unzip the bottom and sit easier. Major style points when my much younger and hipper sister said she wants a long puffer this season so I think I chose wisely. Can’t wait for colder temps in a few weeks ... show more

Totally different fur color , looks on picture fluffy big and black/grey here more brownish and looks so cheap ,ordered two sizes s and xs ,s perfect in chest but big in hips and waist xs opposite small in chest perfect in waist and hips ,for that money not warm enough,now in Chicago we have 23 degrees,tried it on and stand couple of minutes outside no way that will keep you warm in walking when spending time around ..so well returning both ... show more
