I got this as an anniversary present from my fiancée. I got an X-Small, because I'm a little dwarf, and have always had problems fitting into clothes properly. When I got it in the mail, I noticed it smelled somewhat like plastic, though I realized it was mostly due to packaging, because the scent wore off after some days and the jacket began smelling like real leather. The jacket fit like a glove, which was a relief, because there's nothing worse than an ill-fitting leather jacket. My one gripe with the product is that, due to the thinness of the leather, it's somewhat sensitive and can be scratched easily. I haven't had any real problems with it, as I happen to be very careful with my belongings, but some others that are not typically cautious might experience more wear and tear than expected. I don't think this jacket would be suitable to wear as a motorcycle jacket, as the leather is too thin to offer protection. It's somewhat thin, so it does not provide enough warmth to be worn throughout the winter, but it's suitable for fall and springtime. Despite what deficiencies it might have (it's really quite difficult to find perfect products), for the price the jacket looks and feels wonderful. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, genuine leather jacket.

First Impressions, I like it ! I'm a short person 5'6 175lbs. I was afraid sleeves were going to be to long but were not. Overall nice jacket. Time will tell how well it holds up.

OK folks, so I own some seriously solid, quality leather jackets ( Schott NYC) that keep getting better with age. Expensive as heck, but one is going strong at 22 years and the other is now 10 years old. I wanted to have a different style available, one to knock around in, and I was just not in the mood to spend a lot for another leather. So like you, I internet surfed coming up with Leather factory. When I opened up the package I was.....pleasantly surprised. A casual observer, not a leather jacket fan, wouldn't know this to be a $500 jacket or what it is; a low grade leather processed $139 buck jacket. It looks GOOD! It looks better than the ad photo, as it doesn't have that loose hanging look at all. The leather is pretty soft and has some weight, but its not a "heavy" jacket as some can be. I will add that the lining and general stitching overall appears minimalist and likely will not be robust. I imagine with rough and tumble wear it won't stay together well, and the leather coating process, while looking quite good, will likely fail as well. It did fit very well. I suggest you upsize by one when ordering, at least it worked great for me. So overall.....great buy for the money if you want a good looking jacket and not kill a month's rent in the process. If you plan on doing outdoor physical things much in this, I'd say be kinda gentle or don't get mad if you only get 2 seasons out of it.

$139.00 delivered to me! Mine came in very good shape. It was folded nicely and shipped in the bag. I went 1 size up to a xtra large and it fits perfectly! Nice feel to it and while its a light (in weight) coat it's not too light. It's got a nice weight to it for sure. After reading some bad reviews I'm convinced that some people do this because they're bored, or mad they can't afford to buy one of their own. Whatever the reason I can't complain because the one I bought is perfect, in fact it's much better than I expected!!! It's an excellent price point to boot!! Next day shipping with prime....and it truly was about 24 hours and I had it in my hands!!! I only give 5 star reviews when I absolutely mean it! The reason it showed a high rate of return was the sizing! It was actually a high rate of EXCHANGES! You have to go up at least 1 size and some even went up 2 sizes. 1 guy wears a medium usually but went to a XXL before he found his correct comfort size. I'm very satisfied with mine but I read a lot of reviews and did my research.first...so now you don't have to! It's really a great buy even for lambskin leather. Now go get one and you'll be glad you did. It's free returns and exchanges so nothing to lose here.

This is an update: The fit is perfect. I'm medium and the size chart is true to size. It's lambskin/sheepskin, I believe, so it's thin and light. Nothing like my goatskin and cowhide leather jackets. That's ok, I wanted a lighter leather jacket . It can be quite warming with a sweater or hoodie underneath. The main problem WAS - the dye process or whatever it is - smells terrible. Usually leather jacket, whaenbrand new, smell nice. But this jacket smells new too strongly. Now how ever after a long period of air out it's ok. It's a great over all every day kinda jacket and I use it a lot.

To the untrained eye, this is a nice-looking jacket. However, it is certainly not genuine leather. This jacket is made of bonded leather at best, and faux leather at worst. Leather enthusiasts will know what I’m talking about; there are plenty of red flags. This jacket is lightweight, thin, has an artificial plasticky smell, and the pattern is uniform (genuine leather has variation, as what is leather now was once living, breathing, animal skin!). If you notice carefully, you will also see the coating already peeling in places, especially at the seams. Genuine leather is durable! If you’re just looking for a casual comfortable jacket in the short term, this will meet your needs. But if you’re after genuine leather, I’d suggest looking somewhere else (especially for the price point; if you pay a bit more, you can easily come across genuine leather jackets at other retailers). There are plenty of reviews on here that corroborate mine — I wish I had read them carefully before purchasing. All that said, the seller is very responsive and reasonable with returns, which is well appreciated.
