  • Best option in the cheapest way to have some type of canopy or shade
For under $200 and if you assemble it the right way, its very sturdy. I had to install cement anchors and added a extention to make it higher. Make sure you put some type of a brace to the wall and should be good during windy season. After 3 months, we invested on a grommet kit and place it where the strap is located for long term. The strap is made with cheap nylon strap and will break after a while due to the weather (sun, wind and rain). ... show more

  • Junk
The cover only lasted a few months. The frame became rusty within 6 months. I just took it down and hauled it to the dump. Lasted about a year.

  • Pretty but has a WEAK frame.
Love the style and look at affordable price. However, the framing needs to be much stronger. Takes at least 2 people to assemble. Would be helpful with 4 to help hold and support the frame. We assembled it in a larger open area of our backyard on it’s side. You need 4 people to support each leg because any stress on it would bend it. After it was assembled we needed to move it to where we wanted it to stay which was about 15 feet. Well... because we had no extra help,....as we attempted to move it......one of the top decorative pieces bent really bad 🙀. We were unable to repair it. At least the damage was in the back and wouldn’t be seen as much. We are looking for a post to support the back in the middle where they join. Because the frame is so week it should have more support there. It bows a little from the damaged frame. I don’t know if you can order replacement parts. We haven’t put the top cover on yet. Waiting until we find something to support the back. ... show more

  • Looks beautiful BUT Not good if you have heavy rain or full sun.
I bought this for a covered space over my patio door. On February 1st, My husband and I put it up in a reasonable amount of time and tap conned it to the concrete deck. It looked beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. After the first rain, the highest part of the canopy held water so we added one by twos for support. Unfortunately by April, the straps holding the roof on started to dry rot. I used zip ties to hold the top on. In may, we had a hard rain and the entire frame buckled and the canopy ripped. What I once loved was a pile of bent metal and torn cloth. It might work if you only put the top on occasionally or want to get on a ladder and take the top off every time it might rain... ... show more

  • Perfect Size; Economically Priced Gazebo!
Perfect size for my small back yard. It is sturdy enough, now that I screwed it into the cement. Easy to assemble (I assembled it myself in less than an hour; I only needed my son’s help to hold it up to assemble the last step.). It could use some side and back cover for use as a gazebo/pergola, but because it is steel, i’ll be able to attach a curtain rod to each side, no problem. ... show more

  • Looks great, initially.
So construction was a bit of a pain because of the wonky bolts they chose to use. You'll definitely need more than one person to assemble it. It looks absolutely beautiful though when first assembled. Unfortunately the cloth and strap system they chose to use doesn't hold up for long. Within 2 months several of the straps were broken beyond repair. 6 months later the metal center support has cracked and the fabric is nearly useless. ... show more

  • Fantastic deck coverage
We are absolutely thrilled with these awnings! We do not have a cover over our back door, so we’ve been searching for something to provide some protection from the rain and snow. These awnings are absolutely perfect, because we are able to place them against the back of the house - and the fact that they slant down forces water away from the house. We put two together and used zip ties to secure them. we also put weights on the base of the legs. Chicago is known as the Windy City, yet with thIs set up they have not moved! we also plan to spray the tarps with a waterproof seal. Additionally, we assumed we would be spending a lot of money to create some cover. These awnings are not only inexpensive, but they solve the problem better than anything else we’ve seen. Thank you to whomever it was that designed this product!! ... show more

  • Love the way this looks
Snagged this on Amazon after two other attempts to order from different companies who said they were being discontinued. I needed something lighter in weight and smaller than a standard gazebo and this fit the bill perfectly. My dtr and I put it up in just a few hours - we did not have any trouble with holes not matching up in fact it is build to allow for adjustment in most bolt placement. I did bolt this to the deck so it won't blow away, otherwise I think this could end up being a kite - and not in a good way. Now I know this will not last forever but it was perfect for me and I think I can make my own cover when this one bites the dust ... show more
