My daughter wanted a black skirt for her first day of school, to pair with her first day of 4th grade shirt. The first one we ordered was too small (so make sure you check the size chart) but the return was very easy and she had the correct size in no time. I love that it’s a adjustable waste incase it’s a little big. Simple to wash, and doesn’t fade the color. She loves that it has shorts as well. This skirt is so crazy adorable! It is soft and the built in shorts are perfect for the playground. The style only goes to mid-thigh so would be a little to short for my middle schoolers dress code, but is super cute on my kindergartener.

This skirt meets the needs. However, it collects allllll types of lint and fuzz. Get a lint roller handy, cause you are going to need it. Obviously, the skirt is cute, but I do recommend maybe going with a different item, if you want this thing to remain in consistent wearable condition. We selected it for a Harry Potter Hogwarts costume, so it is not a regular wear. However, if someone was thinking this would work for a school uniform of some sort, I say you should avoid it.
