Now that I have ran in them I officially give them five stars! These shorts are sooo soft and stretchy and seriously so comfortable! They are cute enough i would just wear them with a tank top around town, but I did buy them mostly for running shorts. I have been obsessed with the BMJL shorts, but after trying these, they are my new favorite. I love the waist band on them, it is high rise above my belly button and is very flattering on. I love the draw string because it does keep them extra secure while running. I did notice the liner did ride up pretty quickly while running and they were more of a panty style liner rather than shorts when I was done, but it didn’t bother me because the seems on the sides of the shorts are sewn together so it still covers your thigh and booty good. In the past, I have bought running shorts similar to this but the seams on the sides weren’t sewn together and I felt like everything was hanging out when I was running because the liner rode up and the seam split with each step and they were far too revealing. These didn't do that at all! I am 5’ 10” and weigh 168lbs and I did get the large, and I think they fit true to size, I will definitely order another pair, but I think I will try the medium in them just to see if the liner stays put better, but for just wearing and not running i like the nice flowy fit of the large on me. I absolutely love these shorts, more than the target ones, they are a dupe of Lulu I believe and completely worth it. They are super comfortable and soft. They stay in place and I was able to do a Hyrox workout in them without any issues. The material is also lux, sometime these types of dupes can feel cheap but these are holding up really well. Did I mention the thick waistband? It's really provides not only support to your stomach and smoothing out that area but it is absolutely adorable and flattering as well ... show more

These shorts are amazing! They’re incredibly soft, breathable, and have just the right amount of stretch and comfort. I usually struggle with shorts riding up on my thighs and constantly find myself pulling them back down, but these don’t have that issue at all. The built-in biker shorts do ride up just a tiny bit over time, but the outer shorts stay perfectly in place, so you never have to adjust them or worry about them riding up. I’ll be honest, I thought I ordered a skort. But I was pleasantly surprised by the shorts. They are very soft and flowy. I would have preferred to have had a pocket on both sides instead of just the right. But at least they have one! I’ve only worn them a couple of times. I think the quality seems really good. Fits TTS. I think they are a little on the pricier side, I’m not one to pay a lot for shorts like these. I love these shorts! I am a curvy girl and typically wear an extra large or size 12 to 16 depending on brand and find I have a hard time buying athletic shorts that are comfy and functional and cute, but these hit all three! The fabric feels high-quality and is very silky soft. The thick waistband helps to smooth your waistline and the built in biker shorts with pocket make for a very secure but comfortable fit.
