I wear mostly lulu but with the skirts running about $70 each looked for a close alternative. I first ordered the taupe/grey skirt and it is so flattering and comfortable it’s up there with lulu. The very side panel on the white seems shear but it is very cute none the less. The middle seem does show slightly through the from on the white as well. I highly recommend these skirts. I ordered one in pink black white and taupe and I think they are more comfortable than lulu. The quality of lulu fabric is better but these are a fantastic alternative. I originally bought skirt in a small but had to return though it fit was tight on waist causing a muffin top and rode up on sides, the band was not as stretchy as I thought it be on a small. I usually wear a small or medium depending on manufacturer. Returned small and Got a medium and fit perfectly no riding up sides and waist band was way stretchy than small. I'm 5'1 and a half, 132 lbs, waist 34, hips 39 and medium fit great. Now that I know correct size ordered more colors. Skirt is super flattering and cute to just hang out in. Update the green color is not a true green as pictured, it's more of a dark mint green. Though it is a nice color was expecting green. Also the waist band of some colors are an inch smaller like the sizing is off, so kind of fits a little tighter but not too bad. I would recommend the skirt it is cute ... show more

It's very cute there are many colors to chose from. I got a white, a navy blue, a red, a yellow, a purple; and recently added a light blue and light pink; which make it so easy to match with the tops. I am 5'7 128lb. I got size M for a relax fit. I like the style high rise and the pleats at back. However he size and the quality of the material is not consistent. I up loaded three pictures to show the differen at the waist (the navy blue is not included in the pic), Most of them have about a half inch different among them. The pink one is one inch smaller than the others. It even has a dirty spot on it. I will sent the pink back and re-order one, hope it will be better. The material become flimsier than the ones l ordered earlier, but still ok for the sake of the style. I wish the manufacturer will keep the quality of the material since it is so popular and can keep their reputation they have built. ... show more

So I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and decided that I wanted to try one of these out. I was really torn whether to get a medium or a large but went with the medium. It fits me but it's at the max level of fit I would want. I would have probably rather gone with a large BUT her'es the rub. The shorts on the medium are already loose and riding up a bit so with a large they would be massive. It will work and it's still really cute (like the actual fit ON me is very flattering) but I can't decide if I should just attempt to lose 2 lbs or get a large haha! I would suspect that someone who is a little straighter in the body than me this skirt will fit a little better. I have a very curvy bum, hips as I work out with heavy weights. I am typically a size 28/29 or size 6/8 in pants hence why I say I was inbetween. Occassionaly I am a 4 but never a 10 if that makes sense. ... show more

I found that I had to go a step above my normal size for this product, but I'm in between sizes so I'd go with your normal size and choose the larger one if you're between like I am. The measurements attached are correct and I chose a size small after returning the XS. It is NOT flattering if you go a size too small and comfort level drops too! Given that you have the right size, the product itself is wonderful. It's short and flirty but the shorts give plenty of coverage. The pockets on both sides are an added plus.
