It has great twirl factor with built in modesty shorts so you’re good to go for endless twirl sessions! Fabric quality was as nice as her other pleated uniform skirts. Fit was true to size. Be aware this skirt has an elastic waist but it does not have an adjustable waist where you can tighten it. These are my daughter’s favorite skorts for school uniforms. We have several in navy and came back for a khaki! Material is good quality, the waistband is wide and soft for the sensitive kids and the little bow just gives it that extra something! 10/10
