I opened it and noticed as it was expanding that there were several buttons detached and they offered to refund it but want me to ship back in a box and we all know they pack it vacuumed small so obviously no way it’s going back into the original box . Super bummed I feel like I got scammed

Nice product but the buttons are already pulling out. This is pretty heavy so not easily to move. I purchased this for my kids and hubby was able to sit on it. This is good for watching tv or playing video games when you need an extra place to sit. My son is using it under his loft bed.

My 8y son has claimed this as his official 'book nook throne.' He loves that he can transform it, one minute it's his reading chair, the next it's a cozy fort-bed .He drags it by the window to read, uses it as a base for pillow forts, and sleeps on it during weekend movie nights. Update2. Another button has popped off. This is the third oneUnfortunately it popped a button as I shook it per instructions. It’s a boneless expandable piece. It’s on the bottom it won’t show but I wonder how many more will pop? I wanted to speak with the company but was referred to Amazon instead. A refund is offered but no one to pick it up. We all know the size of box it comes in then it expands and they want me to rebox for return. They should pick it up. I’d like to give this 5 stars it looks pretty comfortable not able to be on it 24-48 hours but the button popped. I’ll give it a 2 and Amazon 1 unless they can pack it for me😐
