So far everything I expect but most importantly is the customer service they took care of me and answered my emails everytime within a hour or less didn't matter what time of night. Product starts within 1-2 pulls plenty of power and thats something to really remember go slow when digging let the tool work if it hits a rock or root it will rip out of your hands. If you go slow and let the tool cut the roots and remember to keep pulling it out to get the dirt out. ... show more

Total beast. Works perfectly fine and is very strong. Only down side is how the gas is filled. Filling hole is not easy to balance and pour like my last post digger that lays on side to fill. Does come with hand held bottle but company should change angle of hole to make filling easier
