Fits the Switch pretty snuggly. It’s firm enough to provide stability but soft enough to withstand light impacts. The extra screen protector is also helpful since kids always seem to find ways to crack them. The important part is that it helps protect the rails for the joycons since those have a tendency to come loose after enough drops. The only downside is that you can’t use the switch dock while it’s attached, but it is pretty quick and easy to take it off and on.

Definitely recommend this case! I wanted something that would be comfortable to hold and shock-proof since my kid loves to play my games. It came with a screen protector as well. All good quality! I rated 4/5 stars because the thickness of the case near the toggles do impeed the use of them when I have my toggle covers on. If I don't have the colored covers on, then the toggles work fine. I love the opaque white, it looks very clean.

...but it is a durable quality case. It slips on pretty easily, takes about 30 seconds - basically just to get the flaps around the buttons and stick on straight. The case has a thick grippy texture. Having owned the case for about a month now, I don't like holding the Switch without this case on it. It improves the feel of the Switch considerably, well worth the $14 I paid for the case and screen protector. The protector had stickers for placement. It took a card to get one bubble out. It went on better and easier than other screen protectors I have put on phones in the past. So far, the protector works well, isn't noticeable and doesn't prohibit touch features. A lovely set, I recommend to anyone. I took one star away at first because it isn't dockable but I noticed with most "dockable" Switch protective cases, they either aren't very protective or they must be forced down into the dock, putting strain on the unit, and even in some cases people say it won't stay plugged in to the charger. Yes, putting this on each time can be somewhat annoying but it isn't very hard to take off or put on, just a minor gripe. Truly the case deserves 5 stars, so I am upping the rating now.
