It’s easy to use! I love the metallic rose pink and matte black colors :) I plugged it in, set it down and pushed the power button. Then I pushed the thermometer looking button and set the temp to 330F. It took 43 seconds to get to 330F (That’s when the light stopped blinking). The plates are grippy enough to curl and straighten my hair easily. I don’t have to angle it weird or anything. I like that. It’s not too grippy, though. It doesn’t pull my hair or snag it or anything. It took less than 5 seconds to curl my hair. I just pulled it slowly down to straighten it and then I realized I could flip it out and I flipped out the edges, too. It’s super easy and super fast. I didn’t need the gloves, but they are really roomy on my glove size s hands. The fingers are a bit on the short side, but maybe that’s because my nails are long. I gripped the heated plate with the glove and it barely felt warm, so they work :) The included clips snagged when I tried to put them in my hair (both of them). The spring is super strong, too. I’m going to pass on using these. It was too hot to put away after five minutes. After fifteen minutes it was cool enough for me to leave on my bed. It’s easy to lock it into closed position. You just have to push the little switch on the underside near the star circles (I like the stars; they’re cute) up. It does take a bit of extra strength. It’s not hard to, you just have to push harder than you would think. Push it down to unlock it. The double insulated (two concentric squares mark) is printed on the inside of the straightener. There was a slight “new electric” scent but it dissipated really quickly. It says “100-240V AC 50/60Hz” so you don’t need a voltage adapter to use it in other countries. You might need a plug adapter, though as it’s got a polarized plug for the USA. The instruction manual is written inintelligible English so you don’t have to wonder if you understood something right :)

I like the fact that this iron hair straightener is small, however; that being said, I found them difficult to maneuver and not get burned. This may not be the case for others, but I don't have tiny hands either. The good thing, they do heat up and work well straightening your hair. I would still actually buy them, because a smaller size is sometimes needed on extremely short hair.

I have only good things to say. This is the best straightener. It feels really good on the hair. My hair has never felt so good after straightening it. It heats up pretty fast. Super simple to use and grip. I like heat limit being at 430 F so it helps me not overdo it and potentially cause heat damage to my hair. And it's aesthetically cute. I recommend, it's a really great quality straightener.

This straightener heats up really fast. I like that it has an easy ability to choose the temperature that you want. It also has a locking feature so you can lock it shut, which is nice if you have kids around. I like that it's lightweight and the price is good for what you get.

This is a great flat iron! I straightened my hair with this iron and it came out beautiful. It gave me an even press, and it helped to bring out the shine in my hair! I enjoyed using the various settings, and like the fact that this tool is infused with keratin and argan oil!
