my old remington trimmer wouldnt hold a charge, and even if left plugged in, it would only run a short while before giving up. so i did what any self-respecting frugal, inquisitive, perhaps slightly neurotic, with a heart for tinkering and an appreciation of engineering, type person would do... when my wife suggested trashing it to buy a new one, i instead took it apart, determined to see if i could find a way to replace the power supply. it isnt trash, until it runs out of usefulness! luckily, i found this exact type of cell inside, albeit with a slightly lower capacity, and decided to give these a try. i charged these fully upon receipt, and installed one in place of the dead one, that was soldered in place and required some minor wiring tweaks, but it worked beautifully! trimmer now runs strong, still works with the original factory charger, and is still going strong on the very first initial charge prior to installation, even after many uses. very happy customer! thanks :)

The product arrived on time and I was anxious to get them charged and into several solar panel landscaping lights that I have throughout the property where I live. After the batteries were fully charged, I put them into the landscaping lights and they worked great. The lights were as bright as I’ve ever seen them. On day/night two I had one or two lights that didn’t light up at dark or stay on throughout the night like the rest of them did. Days three and beyond I’ve had to take the batteries out, charge them and put them back in after fully charging. Recently I’ve had batteries starting to not take a charge when they’re in the bay charging. I’m not sure why that is. I give three stars only bc I can’t give 2 1/2 stars.
